Nice ending to the second set in this series. My daughter definitely wants to read more, so I will have to go in search of the rest. This one is pretty packed with suspense...everything has built up to this point and several things happen, making it seem hopeless.

Plot:
All of the ingredients have been found for the counter-potion. It's the night of the summer ball and the potion is almost done. The girls just need to get King Merry to drink one drop of it and he will be back to normal. But Queen Malice has other plans that send the girls on a wild goose chase.

Midnight Maze is the last (6th) book in the 2nd series of Secret Kingdom books. It is an exciting and heart raising race to save King Merry and the happiness of the entire kingdom. A wonderfully written magical story for girls in age range 7-10 years.
