Managing Family Trusts

Rate this book
This book is aimed at the tens of thousands of Kiwis who, for a variety of reasons, have set up a family trust. Most have put a great deal of thought, time and effort into the establishment of the trust with the intention that it will enable them to better manager their financial affairs. However, many fail to recognise that this is just the beginning.

A fair introduction to Family Trusts. If you are considering setting one up then this would be a good place to start. Gives a broad outline of a number of key issues for consideration when journeying down this path.
