If you’ve joined the wave of people seeking a healthier lifestyle (and perhaps weight loss, too) you’ve probably heard about the Paleo Diet. Generally, the Paleo Diet eliminates bread and bread products, which doesn’t excite a lot of people who are partial to their cinnamon rolls, sandwiches, and bread rolls. John Chatham’s book, "Paleo Bread", brings bread back to the table.

First, Chatham discusses why bread is a no-no for those eating Paleo. It doesn’t take long to be convinced of the benefits of eating all natural and surprised at the damages we do to our body by eating foods our bodies weren’t created to process.

Neat recipes for avoiding grains and still enjoy "bread" baking. I'm going to start testing recipes as soon as I go buy some almond flour :-)

Thin book but every single recipe sounds wonderful. Uses almond and coconut flours. Need to try them all.
