This is a great resource. Lohan gives tips on composition, shape, light, etc. He also discusses the way that different pens, pencils and papers behave, especially as they interact with one another. I admit, I did not 'read' the exercises at the end; they are not really there to be read. However, I have started them and plan to continue.

I got this book from the library but will likely buy it so that I have my own copy to refer to in the future.
