Incredible. This series is a pure guilty pleasure for me and I love it so much! I was mad at Xena for a little bit, but she redeemed herself eventually and Gabrielle is simply one of my favourite characters ever. Her growth, her inner strength, her courage, her goodness and her optimism have completely won me over. To anyone who wants to read this book: prepare yourselves for a roller coaster of emotions, but know that it is totally worth it. Can’t wait to read the third book.
