I'm really annoyed I wish these books were longer..... I keep telling myself I'm not going to continue reading them but I'm trapped, ugh Kelly Favor put us out of our misery make book 15 nice and long with an amazing epilogue be sure to include all of the characters because this is just getting nerve racking

What can I say. The book was too short. Not worth 2.99, it should be .99. Scarlett needs to put an end to Lydia's mean ways of getting what she wants and Bryson needs to grow a pair and own up to his feelings for Scarlett. Eliza needs to act more her age and Bryson needs to stop coming to her rescue. He is only causing more and more problems for himself, in terms of his relationship with Scarlett and the film.

Just as Scarlet was learning to live on her own, Bryson comes back in her life to stir up the burning pot of her emotions.
Reconnected both sexually and professionally, Scarlet comes back to work as Bryson's production assistant. But the star actress has her eye on Scarlet's man and Bryson is so hot and cold, could he really ever be Scarlet's to claim?
Another fantastic introduction to another enjoyable couple while we still get to keep in contact with the prior main characters. I will say while there was a lot of talk about Hunter Reardon, and I was disappointed to not have him pop up in the story. After all, he is my book boyfriend.

I want to slap Bryson and Scarlett!!! but all the more to Lydia!!(she is just soooo annoying and infuriating!! she's getting on my last nerve and I want to slap Scarlett for being so stupid to still allow Lydia in her life! I dont even understand why Sean is marrying her??? what did he even see in her????) I'm practially screaming in my head with fury
the book is freakingly frustrating! its driving me nuts!!!, it really brings out the angst emotions and yet i have mixed emotions as well :/
Bryson meets Scarlett back on her workplace a week after firing her-
"I still don't understand why you're here." "Because," he said. "I f*cking miss you to death, Scarlett." -Bryson
and when she agreed to work again as Bryson's assistant, this is what she gets-
there was no sense that he was glad to have her returning, no personal connection. It made her feel like he really didn't care at all.
so I was like WHAT THE EFFIN and now I know Bryson is really one super mercurial man who is also crazed up with the sudden changes of his attitudes and what he really plans with his life and with what he truly feels for Scarlett, he is thoughtful and says all those ugh melting words and then the next thing you know he acts like he doesn't care and he's too fazed up with his directing...and then after Scarlett opens up with her crazed sad sordid past, he says -
"Do you really think that two drowning people should be clinging to one another?" He came towards her again. "I think that's exactly what drowning people do. They cling to each other"(well of course both of them are tangled up on their own webs and they only have each other to count on apparently)
and then of course despite their sort of "unknown" relationship since they just seem to be so physical despite all the i hate him and then i want him so bads (they are really crazy in their own way). Bryson acts like dominantly most of the time but none of the bdsm stuff but more of his stance and presence when being steamy with Scarlett and she loves it as well because of her past and the way she fights for it, she loves he thrill and attention (no doubt their encounters really got the testosterone and progesterones on high but it was a bit disturbing honestly).
"I know you like this, Scarlett. I knew from the moment I first touched you that you needed a strong hand." -Bryson
"It makes me feel powerful. I like to fight against something, and sometimes...I guess I like to lose, too." - Scarlett
"Or maybe when you're punished, you don't feel invisible anymore." - Bryson
I can feel they have a sexual tension between them but its not as adamant compared with Kallie and Hunter. Yet Scarlett releases her inhibitions-
She moaned. "I need to feel you. I need to feel real." "You are real, you're realer than anything else in this world."
and we know Bryson and Scarlett have their fair shares of being jealous when I dont know if they're insecure or what, im just losing my mind with this book. But despite the confusion I still continued to read the book since i wanted to go through tbe series and tried to really go between the lines. I still admire the author Kelly Favor for doing a fantastic job in intermingling these series of events and transition of characters. still mixed emotions with this book, its slowly losing its climax and taste :( but its still quite an interesting read when you got hooked with the series.

Oh my God! Can I kill Lydia?! Can I slap Scarlett?!
Scarlett had TWO chances in the book to come clean about Lydia's psychotic personality and blackmailing ways, but she kept her mouth shut. I seriously despise characters who sit on things like this, when obviously things will blow up in their face eventually. I just see disaster over all this "I'm letting this diabolical bitch blackmail me for my friend's sake" crap.
Of all the books, this one has my least favourite cover. Those heels and that skirt...eyugh.
Oh, yeah, Bryson's still hot and a whole lotta mystery with that tattoo. Anxious to find out what the deal is between him, Eliza and that tat.

Great series, but...
I adore this series but some of the downloads read as fast as a chapter and for $2.99 I'm starting to feel ripped off. For that amount I can download books that take a few days to read instead of a few hours...

Semula Scarlet menolak tapi karena kecenderungan Scarlet yg ingin berada didekat Bryson dan penawaran gaji yg lebih tinggi, Scarlet menerima kembali posisinya sebagai asisten. just got done reading this book, HOT!!! after everthing that happened, you would think they would be able to be to getter in the end, but then you are put on hold in tell the next one.... friends going off on each other, like college again.. then some one from the past comes back, mmmm.. this is getting better....

ulghh, i hate waiting, its like like my fave tv shows and i just saw a filler episode. Lydia?? I mean really, is this chick for real?? she needs to back the Fck off, 'cause she is annoying the hell out of me. not the best book in the series, but who gives an ff. I'm gonna keep reading cause I'm to curious.

Aaagh!! Omg!! Who is it??? Bryson is finally growing on me! Scarlett's still the favorite. Lydia and now Eliza are both bat poop crazy!!!! Scarlett needs to slap the crap out of both of them. And just let the secret out!! At least tell Kallie!!! Hunter will know what to do!! So many interruptions!! I can't wait!!! Love these stories!!

OK I like the face that this series is spread out into 15 books but you just get used to the characters and love them when you get another two characters. I wish that there was more that had developed with Hunter and Kallie but sadly it didn't. I am however, starting to like Scarlette even though I hated her before.

One of the better ones in the Bryson/Scarlett story. It does not have the flare that Red/Nicole or Hunter/Kallie had for me that originally sucked me in, but the cliffhanger showed some promise for the next novella.

I have never really liked Lydia but i have grown to hate her. She acts like a kid. I wish Scarlett would just tell Kallie already. It's not even a big deal. I cannot wait for the next book to come out!!!!! PLEASE HURRY!

I can not stand Lydia! Scarlett should just come clean. I agree with others....this book just seemed too short! And the ending made me so mad...how can you leave me hanging on what a conversation is going to be but then it ends?! Omg! Can't wait to read the next book!

I thought this was a 14 part series and now I see there's another book! Exactly how many books are there going to be?? I loved Nicole and Red and Kallie and Hunter but these two are quite boring to be honest and I find myself not caring what happens to them!

i started this last night. I read until late and now it's 7.20am and I have finished the book. this is good book but you need to read the others to appreciate it and understand why things are happening and how. enjoy.
