A sci-fi-ish feeling what-if set in Israel, bringing together the problems of the modern day people with the catalyst of an unknowable religious person. Interesting ideas, and I liked the setting, but somehow the characters felt like they had no action that wasn't pulled by the catalyst. It felt dry, in the midst of horrors and sadness.
not what I was expecting. all about religion: Jew v Islam v Catholic. showed me a lot about the religion crossover that I never knew. loved the writing, not the subject so much. not sure this one's sci-fi.
Well written. Interesting premise and unique characters. The story was complex but easy to follow and delved into the beliefs of three major religions.
