I think that this is a good book for beginner readers. my daughter enjoyed reading this book and thought that it was cute. I would have to agree that the ending was abrupt. I would recommend this book to others.

Enjoyed this easy reader about siblings who play school. They are believable and uplifting. The text, though spare for beginning readers, is well-crafted and lively. The ending was a bit abrupt.

This was a nice story, and relatable because I too used to play school as a younger child. The only thing about this book was that it ended swiftly. Other than that, there were also a lot of visuals in this book, which I loved with all of the creativity. I feel as if this book should be read to a younger audience, or read by a young child. From the title and cover picture I thought the book was going to be about the kids getting in trouble in actual school but it was just them playing around on the weekend. I would definitely recommend elementary teachers to keep this book in their classroom for an easy read!

I liked this book the most of the three "Saturday Triplets" books.

It was cute, made school seem fun(my 5 year old does not find school enjoyable), and was simple and clear for a read aloud to my kindergartener.

It is good for one of the first independent reads a child will have, but more like end of kindergarten or the beginning of first grade.
