For me this was an okay read, I think it would appeal more to those who study the Bible. I like religion, but I thought that Joe, the dreamer in this book, spent needless time in the dreams. I think there is a good story line when Jo and Penny's parents are kidnapped because of what Darrin, their dad, knows. Joe and Penny end up with their aunt and uncle, who seem a bit unscrupulous as they wait for news of their missing parents. All in all this is one to take a look at because it combines technology and how the world is divided and anything could happen.

A.B. Brownell weaves a tale of intrigue and faith which captures the reader from the opening page. The only drawback that may be of concern to some young readers, is the length of the book but the content is more than worth the read.
