Bloom Forever: Poetry Journal

Rate this book
This book is a compilation of twenty-plus years of one woman’s “love journey” with all its painful and glorious experiences. Some poems are in raw form, scribbles and all—wonderfully imperfect, like her. The book’s title symbolizes what she believes love does in each of us when nurtured.

Cynthia Lamb hits it out of the ballpark with her freshman release, Bloom Forever. A love train of experience, Cynthia takes the reader on her journey of exploration and in the process gently prods readers to reminisce on their own lives and loves. From the emotion shattering "Put Up or Give Up" and "Card Game" to the self-reflection of "Finding Gold" Cynthia awakens the reader to the meaning of 'still waters run deep'. An easy, yet intense read, I recommend this book for times of reflection. Cynthia is just getting started, and her voice is a fresh one I look forward to hearing from in the near future.

A great read. I enjoyed this book of poetry.
The prayer gave me great encouragement, because I believe in the power of prayer. The Author did a great job sharing her journey through life. Expressing how you feel inside gives you the freedom to bloom forever.

Very inspiring

Bloom forever will do just that. Several of the poems took back to a place in time. My favorite of many is The Kiln.

Am I allowed to rate my own book? (Smile) It took me over 20 years to complete it, as the poems began flowing in-my late teens, and I wrote its last poem at 44-years-old. You could say it is a life journey. It depicts experiences in love, life, and faith. Enjoy the journey, and may you, too, "Bloom Forever" in love. -CML
