I've used this book in class and it is an excellent introduction to qualitative research methods in an applied approach. The writing is clear, concise, and easy to follow. And the author clearly has a deep understanding of research methods. Excellent work.

This book is well-written and easy to follow. I read it for a class, and while it doesn't necessarily fit in with my interests, I didn't find reading it to be a chore or anything.

This may be a useful guide for a specific type of goal and study but I did not find it useful for my class or for life in general. I definitely wouldn't read it for fun.
