Great read for people (like me) that know very little about user experience and would like to enter the realm, but it doesn't really teach you HOW to do UX design. Not too difficult to understand for people who have a certain background in IT, webdevelopment and/or design. Get ready for a bit of "product placement" though, the writer has his own UX company and likes to namedrop.
This book is more about Marketing rather than User Experience. It has curated number of practices to increase conversion rate by mean of User Experience. It is a very good read but its misleading by its title.
This book is not a UX intro (as I was thinking), it's about how to take your UX ability to the next level. A good read if you are not a novice on the subject. A good book nonetheless.
sample and nice book to put UX strategy in your plan during the process of design new product the references in the end of the book very great to every designer
