The Sentinel
The old Wino slumped against the back wall of "The Gulping Frog" pub.
To look at him, no one would think that Mick was once a successful young man that was all set to marry the girl of his dreams and start a family.Then horror destroyed his dreams, leaving him a shattered hulk.
Now he is dedicated to the bottle and to his role as the lonely sentinel, warning those who pass of the terrors that lurk nearby.

I am an author of many things. I write what my mind forces me to, which does not follow any particular genre. Was gifted this story as part of the authors "THINGS THAT HIDE IN DARK CORNERS" book
I thoroughly enjoyed the collection of short stories,each story captured my interest and held it to the end. Some unusual and unexpected twists.
Well written and "good fun"
