Get lost in 3 full-length novels (along with a bonus novella) readers are calling a home run.
What if your destiny meant the one you loved would die?
Julia Parker would trade her secret gift to feel others emotions in a heartbeat, especially half the horny guys in school.
After running out of gas and having no choice but to walk through the woods home, she feels something no one should feel: blood-lust. When trying to escape, she falls off a cliff. Who comes to her rescue? None other than a hot guy with super human strength. Only problem is, he's there when you need him and gone when you want him.
Julia tries to forget what happened, but starts losing friends to these monsters. Unable to ask her rescuer for help, she has nowhere else to turn. Advice from a creepy psychic tells her she alone is the key to stopping the madness, problem is it'll require her rescuer's life. Great.
THE TALISMAN TRILOGY is a clean paranormal romance HEA
Brenda Pandos has been telling stories for as long as she can remember—a lifelong reader who's devoured everything from paranormal romance to dystopian thrillers. Somewhere along the way, she fell hopelessly into writing worlds of her own. (She's still there. No rescue needed.)
She writes achingly emotional, high-stakes romance: fierce heroines pulled through impossible choices, heroes worth losing your heart to, and worlds you can practically feel in your soul—from the mermaid-haunted shores of Lake Tahoe in the Mer Tales series to the magic-and-monsters world of the Talisman series. After a few years away, her characters started talking to her again, and honestly, they wouldn't shut up. Now she's back at her desk chasing the next chapter of Everstorm, one scene at a time.
Brenda lives in Northern California with her disarmingly handsome husband, a Husky, and a tuxedo cat. (The truce is ongoing.)
This series gripped me from the first and I couldn't put the book down. I read the whole series in a 4 day span. I love it when authors actually bring a person into the story as if they are at a movie watching it unfold on a big screen. I don't want to give any spoilers for anyone. I will say that this is a good clean YA novel. I recommend this series to young and old. I'm in my 60's and was finding myself talking aloud to the characters as if they could hear me, shouting out words of advice or warning, or screaming for another character to come to the rescue :). I can't wait to share it with my 14 year old granddaughter and her mom so it is for all generations. This book is clean no sex that you usually find in the Vampire genre. I seemed to travel through the pages of my kindle at lightening speed and going with out sleep for several nights until I didn't have any more pages to flip through. It's one of those series that leave you wishing there was more to read but also fills you with satisfaction after reading the last paragraph.
I've also found me a new author. I want to thank her for letting some of her books as in the first of this series to be given for free. It helps people who like to read find new authors to read. I've found several treasures from authors doing this very thing. My Library is growing as is my list of favorite authors. Welcome aboard Brenda Pandos. I'm on my way to check out another of your books.
