My comparison is the first book in the series Collared with Ink. The major issue was the poor character development of Ryan. He was very weak for being a Dominant wolf and Dominant sexual partner. The author allowed Ryan's internal conflicts to affect his dominance. Secondly, Bradley's wolf background was glossed over and rushed at the end. It would have been an excellent opportunity for the author to develop Bradley's character. So this book is not really worth reading. If you want a nice popcorn shifter story with a touch of BDSM, then stick with the first book in the series.

This is a true BDSM book in every sense of the word. I have to say I feel like this series just gets better and better with each new book.
Each plot twist and turn felt new and exciting and far from boring and predictable.
The sex scenes were EPIC! One compliant I have was there was one kinky edge play scene that was lead up to then skipped over. we saw the lead up and the afterglow but not the actual scene itself. I was extremely disappointed in that bc it was the first time I had ever seen that type of edge play in a book. It would have been nice to read about something other than whipping and flogging for once.

Good characters and story. Some of the BDSM scenes aren't written in which is my only disappointment. But otherwise I loved this book
