Natasha Talbot, an ordinary human wanting more out of life, ventures into a forest where a club is holding submissive trials, not knowing this is where werewolves practice BDSM.
While at the club Natasha is fought over by two lots of men. Griff Seamer is an alpha werewolf with a reputation for being a rogue. He doesn’t hesitate taking on Ford Chaplin, Max Holman and Callum Lane, three beta wolves who formed a pack as a way of getting the submissive women at the club who normally prefer the alpha men.
During the fight Natasha becomes aware of their shifter natures and runs away. But is she more frightened by the BDSM or their animal aspects? Determined to try again she returns a few nights later, but when she is kidnapped by a pack who like the darker side of BDSM her four men realize they have to work together to rescue her.
Jennifer is English and lives in a lovely historical city in the UK. Other than writing, her interests include reading (Naturally! She always has at least one book on the go, if not one by her bed, one by the bath, and one in the lounge.), all things historical including genealogy, which she has done for many, many years, watching films (particularly sci-fi), gardening, jigsaw puzzles, and walking. She lives with her pet rabbit who is thoroughly spoilt. Jennifer says she wants to come back as her own rabbit in the next life—unfortunately that would mean she still needs to be alive herself. Maybe there is a time travel story there…
Griff, Ford, Callum, and Matt was uncertain as to whether Natasha was their mate when they first met her. Prefer books where as soon as werewolves come into contact with their mate, they know that person is the their one and only. And then the constant fighting among themselves only at the end they join forces.
No strong emotional attachment towards each other- Griff, Ford, Callum, Matt and Natasha. Another crazy thing about this story was the Natash after being kidnapped wait until she was thrown into the vehicle to start screaming and asking for help.
Griff was supposed to be an alpha but I just didn't get the alpha vibe much from him in this book.
A book with werewolves, BDSM, and menage - what's not to love? I really enjoyed this book. It was well written, and the world the author created was fantastic, yet believeable, which is always important when reading the paranormal. Saying more about what I liked would probably mean spoilers, but I liked the alpha, and the heroine was strong even while she was vulnerable. It was a fast-paced read and I couldn't believe it when I got to the end. If I had one thing to complain about with this book, it would be that it could have been longer. But it seems like this is the first in the series. The ending definitely hinted at more to come and I can't wait to read the next!
This is a well written book with lots of action and suspense. I really enjoyed reading about Natasha, Griff, Ford, Max, and Callum. What the guys went through to save Natasha and how they treated afterwards was so awesome. I would definitely recommend this book.
