Hope struggles to remember the week she spent in Applewood with her father 30 years earlier. But eventually, as the Dark Waters inch closer to the island, the pieces fall into place, and all is revealed.

This book brought the series to a close in the best way possible. I love Jody's writing style, it makes me feel like a friend is sitting next to me telling a great story, which this truly is. I laughed throughout and cried the best, happy, sad tears at the end. Jody thank you for this story. It brought great joy into my life.
