Ready for a killer road trip?
Evian Wavily will do just about anything to escape her predictable life and domineering grandmother - even sign up for a cross-country scavenger hunt. She's expecting action, adventure, and possibly a sunburn. She didn't agree to the ghost in her hotel room, or her best friend Rita sneaking into the race. But all's forgiven - if not forgotten - they race across Kenya.

A Surprisingly Edifying Treat!
I decided to read something new, so I thought that I would try this free book and guess what? It’s a great book!
Filled with fun and lots of humor.
Evian and Rita are two friends who live in Kenya and decides to enter a scavenger hunt to win a trip to a special hotel for Evian’s honeymoon.
The story is full of laughter and hilarious happenings as the two ladies explore the hysterical side of life as they try to win the contest.
With the snarky narrative and “Ethel and Lucy” shenanigans the laughing is non stopping in this story.
Come along for the ride…

Not as witty as some of the other volumes
Amazon lists WITCH WAY TO GO as number one in the Wavily Witches series. WITCH TIME FOR TEA is actually the first book in the series. I believe that Vered Ehsani/Amelia Ash actually list this one as numbet 5.5, a prequel to the series, so, chronologically, the events recounted are first.
The story gives details of several things which have been alluded to in other volumes including Evian's discovery of her father's box and diary, the great Sea to Sky scavenger hunt, Granny revealing to Evian that both are witches, more detail about Rita and Peter, the first meeting with Blake, the encounter with poachers and the rescue of Stripes, the zebra foal. A lot of adventure packed into a small volume. Some, such as a brief meeting with a helpful ghost, could use some elaboration. Who is he? Why is he helping Evian? What, if anything, does he want?

After a really stressful start to the race the girls fight off poachers, rescue a baby zebra, confiscate a camel, drive a high speed boat, get shot at by pirates, out run a shark, and that's only the first two days. What possibly could be left to happen? Read to see. This is only the beginning of their adventure.

Crazy
A seemingly unrelated collection of crazy events consisting mainly of a scavenger hunt/race across Kenya, blood magic and impossible situations. Follow our two heroines as they deal with everything that's thrown at them, despite all the chaos and jumble this book works, very funny, Baz.

I assume this book was intended to be humorous, but it missed the mark for me. If you love slapstick, this might work for you. I don't enjoy reading about improbably foolish and incompetent people doing improbably foolish things with improbably crazy results.

You will laugh so hard, you'll almost lose consciousness.
Packed full of adventure and comedy, this will keep you captivated, and absolutely suck you in to buying the whole collection.

A wild adventure
Great storyline but too much in the head talking to herself. I like all the action and the trouble Avian and Rita get into. Granny is sure Kick and funny. Can't wait to read the next book.

Couldn't put it down loved the characters and the storyline so it's a well deserved five stars and I would recommend this book to everyone and can't wait to read more in this series

Which way to go
This was a good introduction to the series of books to come next. I will start reading them after a while. The book started to get interesting during the last half.

Funny,surprising read
I loved the friendship adventure full of surprises at every turn that left you wanting to keep turning the page to the end. I would recommend this book for high school age and up as I'm 51 hrs old.

I love this author, their stories are so well done. They flow well, the concept is great and its includes chaos and mayhem.
This was no exception, it made me laugh and I loved the characters.
I would happily continue the series.

So much fun!
This was so much fun! And while I've never been to Kenya, there were enough similarities with South Africa that I could totally picture these events. And how many of her phobias are actual phobias?

Ceres Ehsani put a little mystery, a little humor, and a plot that will make the reader want more! I sure want more. Got to love the characters , especially Granny!

Teenager book
It is not a mystery book written for adults, that's for sure. But as a first book of the year, I wouldn't mind. Worst is the story development which is easy and juvenile. Mystery protagonists should be smart and insightful, this girl is just a... hmmm... I want to say Bella, but it would probably please the authors.

Very informal style for that easy read that I would find more suitable for young readers. A cozy witch "mystery" that is mostly about a "crazy" race in Kenya which is full of unexpected problems.
