I've written fanfic and made vids in a really ridiculous number of fandoms. Over the years, I've also used the pseudonyms shalott and the lady of shalott. All my work is available on the AO3 and you can also find me online in various other places.
You are welcome to add and review any of my stories here if you like, and I also love comments at AO3 or any of my other online haunts. I also have a blanket permission policy for noncommercial transformative work of my work (eg, podfic, remix, fanart, etc) -- I love to be linked to anything you do, but you don't need to ask permission.
Reading this fic was when I first discovered that Superman and Lex Luthor had a test tube baby/genetic lovechild called Kon El/Superboy/Conner Kent which is just so amusing in addition to fans speculation about Superman's love interests having L.L. initials(Lana Lang, Lois Lane, Lex Luthor?) XD
Anyway, this story is a crossover/fusion between Smallville tv series and DC Comics. But I don't think you need to know much to follow this story just the fact that in Smallville, Superman and Luthor were exes, I mean ex-bestfriends. XD
Superboy from DC Comics(he also appeared in Smallville but the Superboy in this fanfic is written based on the comics version:
And these are his parents or genetic donors from Smallville series: who met each other when Clark Kent was just a 15? yr old naive farmboy who saved Lex Luthor, son of billionaire Lionel Luthor who was sent to Smallville to manage a fertilizer plant that may/may not be as punishment for his indiscretions(partying hard, getting arrested and there maybe some drugs involved), from a car accident. There was first kiss/CPR involved in the saving, thus the pairing/bromance was born. Honestly, I always thought beautiful naive farmboy and sexy jaded billionaire sounds like a wonderful plot device for either romance or porn.
Ok I just gave you the background and nothing about the actual story. Lol. Story Plot: Kon El's version of Parent Trap And if you know astolat, you'll also know that her fics are always great and well written, so a must read for any curious Superman fan.
Minus one star because after Clark has dated Lois and been attracted to and had relationships with other women (Lana) the fic acts like Clark has been hiding being gay this whole time because now he's developing his relationship with Lex. But no mention of bisexuality, because clearly straight and gay are the only options *eyeroll*
Very cute, although it fell into the fan-fiction trap of not describing people, just figuring everyone reading it will have watched the relevant shows.
buf, creo que nunca escribí una review tan larga, es verdad lo de "if i loved you less i might be able to talk about it more", porque no me he callado nada lol.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
The usual Superman's dumbness is here a little more pardonable. And Lex is a bit too fluffy.
In general I don't watch many TV Shows. In particular I don't like Superman, I never endured him too, I always found he dumb on comics, movies, TV shows; consequently I hardly read or watched them.
The good side? I can read this almost as a totally independent story and, from that angle, it looks all right.
