Hmmmm...

I was really looking forward to BRAYDON'S book. Sadly, this one didn't turn out like I thought it would. If you´ve read the former books in this series, then you know what to expect - maybe not the most original storyline - but definitely some scorching hawt *WALKER BROTHERS SMUT*

I don't want to reveal too much, that's why I´m going to put my thoughts into spoiler tags.

Maybe - once again - my expectations were too high. Or it´s just one of those "it's not you, it's me" situations. I really don't know.

Let´s hope that BRENDON'S book will be better than BRAYDON'S, because I love my WALKER BROTHERS and don't want to give up on them.

Braydon was the sixth book in Nicole Edwards’ Alluring Indulgence series.

Braydon Walker was half of a gorgeous twin team that shared everything, even women. They were connected and aligned in everything since birth. The Walker brothers were all close but none closer than Braydon and Brendon, until now.

Jessie Prescott was Kylie Walker’s (Travis, book three) younger sister. She was beautiful, smart, caring and adventurous. She hadn’t intended being in a threesome relationship, but it was offered without ties and she needed to stay away from ties, so it worked well. Until one day it didn’t....

The story was told with multiple POV’s, mostly Braydon, Jessie and Brendon’s; however, there were other pertinent POV’s scattered throughout. Typical for Edwards, it was well written with plenty of relationship drama.

Additionally, it was written in several parts, the first setting the stage by recapping the relationship that developed previously in other books while simultaneously setting the current state by outlining the present challenges. Edwards then began to focus on the trials and tribulations of two people who have done everything together for thirty years and now experiencing differences that suggest they learn to live and love independently. It was emotional and painful, but ultimately highlighted the beauty in their relationship.

As for the main characters, I liked the alpha in Braydon. We didn’t get to see it when Brendon was around because he always took the lead, but once they began living more independently, Braydon’s alpha came out in abundance. It was sexy and appealing. As for Jessie, I liked her but her insecurities drove me up the wall at times. When she was confident and able to trust what was in front of her, I liked her tremendously, when she was immature and weak, not so much.

In the end, it was a beautiful tale of growing up and ultimately becoming stronger as a result. Brendon’s story is still working itself out, but in the meantime, Sawyer’s story finally gets played out, bring on the dogs!

It's been 10 long months without those Walker boys. So I was more than ready to devour Braydon when he finally made it to my kindle !!!! As this is the sixth book in the Alluring Indulgence Series we as readers know a fair bit about the Walker twins Braydon and Brendon- or so I thought ! They are Walker brothers so their sexual preferences were never going to be traditional but the fact that they have always shared their women and have never had a relationship that didn't end in a three way sex session. So when Braydon falls in love with Jessie, how will Brendon reacte to bring left out in the cold? For the first time ever threes a crowd.
For some reason and I'm still not sure why I found the start of the book slow and a little hard going -maybe there was a bit to much internal monologue and it was a little repetitive, but it does quickly pick up so stick with it ! This book has a different feel to all the others - yes there's still lots of hot sex ( well it wouldn't be a Nicole Edwards book without the hot sex ) but it's not all about the sex, it's about insecurities and how we deal with changes in life especially with twins who are often seen and treated as one person when in fact they are two very different people who need very different things out of life. After reading all six books so far this was the first to make me cry. Nicole was able to make these tough Cowboys vulnerable, quite a feat.
It was also great to catch up with the rest of the growing Walker gang and there's some exciting news you don't want to miss .
Braydon wasn't my favourite brother but I did enjoy his story and I'm sure all fans of this series will too, an unmissable reading experience! I'm saving myself for Sawyer !

As much as I was looking forward to Braydon's story,I have to say I am a little disappointed in this one. The character of Jessie was so irritating to me I wanted SOMEONE to smack her...then tell Braydon she wasn't worth the effort. Still looking forward to Sawyer and hearing more about the Walkers :)

3.5 stars. No need to recap the whole book since it's been done in other reviews. Here's just a few quick thoughts.

I love anything that has to do with the Walker brothers so when I heard Braydon's book was next I was beyond excited.

 photo tumblrl6oynbquro1qbi38a_zps26ec1777.gif

Oh Braydon - So damn delicious.

 photo othbdavisyay_zpsc2c1bd24.gif

He was the easy-going, charming twin and was comfortable taking the backseat to his twin Brendon when it came to their hook-ups. Twin sandwich? Where do I sign up? I digress..............

I really enjoyed having Braydon step out of Brendon's shadow and really become his own man. His struggle to be with Jessie and at the same time not hurt his twin was so heart felt that if possible, it made him that much more swoonworthy.

Here's where I struggled: Jessie. Good Lord that girl worked my last nerve. Initially I understood how she was feeling regarding relationships. Her hesitation to give her heart made sense but as the book moved along and Braydon endlessly showed her time and time again how he felt about her she just became dumber and dumber. Basically I just kept yelling at my kindle.

 photo tumblr_m6vqh3yR2C1r9piwi_zps38ea9df4.gif

For me she really dragged the story down towards the end and what started as a sweet romance turned very high school drama-ish because of her.

Now..........the upside: Brendon. Initially I wanted to kick him in the balls but as the story loved along and we learned why he was behaving this way my heart broke for him. That guy needed some serious lovin'!!! I found myself more engaged with his story by the mid-way point and was reading faster just to hit the pages where he popped up. I desperately need his story. I think that one will be a serious roller coaster ride - Sign Me Up!

While this book wasn't my favorite, I definitely encourage anyone who's a fan of those seriously Hot and Sexy Walker brothers to read this book.

I never thought I would rate a Walker brothers book at a 3 but this one was just meh for me. I loved Braydon but that was about all I loved. Jessie was annoying and I just wanted her to go away, I just didn't care about her at all. Then we have so much of Brendon's issues that just don't work for a 30 year old adult, I mean really get a grip asshole. Not to mention none of his issues were resolved at all, he was just a little less of a screw up at the end. I don't know this one just didn't have the same intensity as the other books and I found myself skimming because some of it was so repetitive.

The Walker brothers will still be an auto buy for me for now, but since the Club Destiny books are no longer auto buys especially after where the last book went (I refused to read that one)....I am hoping these aren't going to start going downhill for me too.

Hmmmmm

I just didn't feel it

Jessie-

She annoyed me.

I was actually kinda bored. I've noticed this trend with NE's last few releases and it makes me sad because I used to inhale everything she put out.

Brendon- was a whiney asshole and I'm not even looking forward to his book now.

I expected nothing less than hot when I read this book. Nicole Edwards either has an amazing sex life or an extremely erotic imagination. Whether you like M/F, M/M, or M/F/M she's got it and holy sh*t does she know how to write it.

I have loved this series from the very beginning. Thank you, Lorrie and Curtis Walker for producing so many hot and sexy cowboys. If it weren't for you (and Nicole Edwards, of course) we wouldn't have so many books to enjoy. Each book focuses on a different brother. But don't worry, ALL the hot siblings make an appearance in each book.

This book focuses on Braydon....a twin....yes, I said a twin. Double the hotness and definitely double the fun.

If you are looking for a light read with a great story line and incredible sex, this is your book. Not too heavy, probably won't make you cry but will probably make you run to the nearest Walmart to change out those batteries...*wink*

Excellent continuation on a remarkable series. I would have expected nothing less. I give Braydon 5 penetrating stars. ~ Stacey, 5 stars

~~~
I've been on a journey with these brothers, and now, having finally caught up with all currently available books, I'm at a bit of a loss... How will I find the patience to wait for the next installment in this sexy-as-f*ck, engaging-as-hell series when Braydon left me wanting more?
Braydon Walker has always followed his identical twin, Brendon. As the more laid back of the two, Bray has never questioned the fact they share everything, including their women. Until now.
For the first time in their lives, Braydon wants to keep a girl all for himself. He's seen his brothers fall in love and he wants that too. But how will Brendon cope when he senses his brother start to pull away?
Hot damn, I love the Alluring Indulgence books and Braydon was, unsurprisingly, another sexy and touching reading experience. This book had a little more grit and bite than the previous ones but it absolutely needed it. It set Braydon apart, and I truly ached inside for these boys.
I worried over reading this book so soon after the amazing Ethan broke and mended my poor heart and I'll admit I struggled to get into it at first. The dynamic between the twins and their girl set me on edge and, for the first time, I disliked one of the Walker men. Nevertheless, I trudged on and I am oh-so-glad I did.
Braydon was a remarkable story and, by the end, I was both happy and sad. The bittersweet nature of Braydon finding love and the way that changes his relationship with his twin - and the mistakes Brendon consciously and sub-consciously makes - left me wishing I could skip ahead to Brendon's book so I could experience his HEA and know it's all going to be okay. It's teased throughout, with snippets of his affection for and attraction to a certain female singer, so I'm confident I'll be rewarded when the times comes.
Once again, Nicole Edwards astounded and thrilled me with teases from the other Walker brothers and I swear, I love my main man, Sawyer, more with each new book. From the first moment he was mentioned in this series the fun-loving, fiercely loyal, second oldest brother captured my heart and I am damn glad his story comes next, regardless of my need for closure on Brendon and Braydon's tale. Ugh, why do I have to wait??
Braydon is the sixth in the Alluring Indulgence series and ends a with a few unanswered questions. It can be read standalone but read them all. You'll thank me. ~ Beth, 4.5 stars
As always, I drop everything I'm doing (including my panties ) when a Nicole Edwards' book comes out. Braydon is the next book in the Alluring Indulgence series and if you have been following along, you won't want to miss it! I found myself skipping ahead sometimes craving some dialog and some sexy time, but overall it was a great read and NE did not disappoint.
It saddens me to say this but I just did not like this one. I could not stand Jessie, Brenden was a mess and poor Braydon is a confused fool in love. This felt very shallow compared to the rest of the series. I didn't get any of the passion and desire that I have come to expect. Bummer.
Oh these boys make me a happy woman. And whilst not as page-burning as the previous books in the series, Braydon's story is still fabulous.
"...I've always held back. I won't hold back. Not anymore. Not with you."
So:
Braydon and Brendon are twins.
Jessie is Kylie's sister.
Kylie is married to Travis and Gage.
Travis is Braydon and Brendon's older brother.
Both Braydon and Brendon are giving Jessie a good time, at the same time...and then feelings become involved, because Braydon realises he might love Jessie.
This story focuses more on the emotion than the sexy. Don't get me wrong the heat is most definitely there, but the dynamics of our trio mean all manner of emotions are brought to the surface. These boys have milled about in the background of the previous books, being a pain in their brothers arses with their non-serious take on things. THIS CHANGES and my heart went out to them both, almost broke at one point for Brendon.
It's not my favourite of the series, but it's a great addition and if you're a fan of the series, you won't be disappointed as Nicole Edwards doesn't disappoint. And my love for Sawyer is still burning bright. I absolutely cannot wait for that man's book.
ou know you are getting a totally hot story when you pick up a Nicole Edwards book and Braydon certainly delivers! The stars of this book are the sexy twins Braydon and Brendon and their relationship with Jessie. They have a no-strings M/F/M arrangement so there is tons of erotic hotness going on here. Twins? Hello!! Yes, please!
But what happens when Braydon decides that he wants more from Jessie than their current arrangement? And what will Brendon do about his deepening feelings for Cheyenne? Will these new feelings come between the brothers?
We get to see all of the Walker siblings in this little hottie of a book. Braydon is a perfect read if you are looking for some hot cowboys, intense sex and a little emotional back-and-forth between the main characters. These are some growly Alphas here in Walker-land so settle in and enjoy the hotness as only Nicole Edwards can deliver!
The lack of communication was just too much... It made my head ache seriously... And the story seemed to be more about Brenden instead of Braydon. The hot nasty sex was missing too.. It seemed bland and too infrequent.
** JOSIE'S 5 STAR REVIEW **
OMG! OMFG!! Nicole Edwards is one of my favorite authors. She is an excellent writer that writes such lovely and intense love stories that are so sizzling hot I swear to god I suffer from JJBO (Josie Jodie Book Orgasms). I just knew this was going to be hot, steamy and so good. I was right! Where do I start, oh I know get some spare dry panties and keep them handy. Braydon is 6th book in the Alluring Indulgence series and we all know the Walker brothers love to share ;). Such is the case with Braydon and his identical twin brother Brendon. They share everything, dreams, careers and their women. A yummy twin sandwich. Sounds good to me, sign me up, right? Wrong Braydon all of sudden doesn’t feel like sharing anymore…Dun dun dun!! Braydon did not fail. This story was full of drama, anguish, love, steamy sex and two sexy a** cowboys.
Jessie was captivated with Braydon the moment she saw him however his twin was just as yummy. Although she was captivated with both the twins, she felt different with each. The more time she spent with the brothers the more she found herself gravitating towards Braydon. She was attracted to both but she felt something different, something more powerful for Braydon. Feelings she vowed she would never feel again.
Brendon and Braydon are going through an ordeal of their own. Brendon is used to sharing everything with his brother so when Cheyenne the woman he wants is not interested in his lifestyle he starts to act out. The problem is by acting out Brendon damages his relationship with his brother as well as with Jessie. Brendon can see that things are different between Braydon and Jessie. When he sees them together Brendon can tell that his brother is in love with Jessie. He is jealous that he doesn’t have what they seem to have with Cheyenne. He is also scared that Braydon is moving on and leaving him behind so he purposely tries to sabotage their relationship.
Braydon is having trouble dealing with his feelings and the possessiveness he feels towards Jessie. He leaves with saying goodbye and what awaits him is a broken hearted and angry Jessie and a damaged Brendon. When he finally returns that’s when he decides to be honest with himself. He wants Jessie, and only Jessie. That’s the one thing he knows for sure he is not willing to let Jessie go. He will do whatever it takes to earn her trust and claim her as his.
“I won’t keep you. But we really need to talk. Tell me a good time and I’ll come back”
“I really don’t think there’ll ever be a good time, Braydon.”
“Come on, Jess.”
“What you want isn’t important anymore.”
“This isn’t over, Jess. We’re gonna talk. Maybe not tonight, but it’ll be soon. I promise you that.”
I really loved this side of Braydon. He knew he was feeling something special for Jessie and he was willing to fight for her and their relationship. Things are not easy for them. There are so many obstacles and bumps along the road for them. Braydon feels the need to be there for his brother and while doing so he ends up leaving Jessie on more than one occasion. Jessie does not want to cause problems between the brothers and she can see that Brendon has a problem with Braydon moving on without him. When Braydon and Jessie finally come together their relationship gets really hot and steamy.
“If it were up to me, I’d strip you right here and slide my c*** deep inside you. I’d remind you of what you’ve been missing. What we’ve both been missing. Once I’m inside you again, I’m not going to stop. I’m gonna f*** you until you’re screaming my name. MY NAME, Jess. Do you understand me?”
“Yes”
“This is the absolute best place in the world, Right here, deep inside you.”
“Harder.”
Put your hand beneath mine. I want to feel you finger your p****.”
“I need you. I need to be inside you. I need to feel you up against me, Jess. It’s the only thing I can think of.”
“Me too.”
I really enjoyed reading Braydon. We get to see more of the Walker brothers, Zoey, Vanessa and Gage. I loved reading about the turmoil and confusion that Braydon and Jessie go through. I loved Jessie’s character in this book. She was not going to just sit back and let Braydon and Brendon walk all over her. I loved seeing how Braydon fought for the woman he loved. I didn’t think he had it in him. I have so much of this book highlighted. I just love Nicole Edwards writing. She always keeps me entertained, engaged and consumed with her characters. I can’t wait for the next book in this series. This was definitely is one you do not want to miss out on. This series is fantastic so you know you won’t be disappointed.
"...one plus one equaled three."
That's how it's always been for Braydon Walker and his twin brother, Brendon. The two have been inseparable since birth, and they share a bond that has been held firmly in place in all aspects of their lives, even in the bedroom. But Jessie Prescott and the twins' friends with benefits agreement isn't working out the way any of them thought it would because two people in this equation have started feeling things for each other that will ultimately put the other one of the outside, which is a position he's definitely not used to, and it's one that will send Braydon, Brendon, and Jessie all running in different directions as they try to figure out how to claim what/who they truly want while ensuring that no one feels alienated or gets hurt in the process.
Braydon Walker has always been the reserved one of the twins. By allowing Brendon to take lead, Braydon's true alpha personality hasn't had to come out, but now that he wants to claim Jessie as his own, he's going to be forced to take charge and fight for the woman who holds his heart, but that's easier said than done when he really doesn't know the first thing about communicating his wants and needs, and he ends up running from the issues instead of facing them head on, which only further complicates the situation not only with Jessie, but with his brother as well.
Jessie Prescott's not looking for love when she takes the Walker twins up on their proposition. It's supposed to be no strings sex, and it is, at least in the beginning, but the more time she spends with Braydon and Brendon, the more she realizes that while they may look alike, only one of them affects her in a way that is dangerous to her heart. Jessie's always been the girl who easily falls in love, so she doesn't know how to handle her feelings for Braydon while still having sex with them both, and when things get too complicated, she's left wondering what it will take to make everything okay between the three of them again.
Brendon Walker's always had his brother by his side, and he's counted on that more than he ever realized until Braydon started not being there. In the back of his mind, he always knew he and Braydon would live separate lives, but he wasn't prepared for it to happen so unexpectedly and he doesn't know what to do with his feelings of abandonment. He's always been the smooth talking twin, and right now, he just can't put into words how much it's tearing him up to realizing that Braydon is moving forward without him.
Nicole Edwards' Alluring Indulgence series is a collection of steamy reads that also illustrate the importance of family. The Walkers are a close knit unit who are always there for each other, and that idea is clearly shown in each of the brothers' stories. Because Braydon deals with both Braydon and Brendon, it's important to show their close dynamic and what would happen to it if one of them were to fall in love, and that is exactly what Edwards gives readers in book six. Not only does Braydon have to deal with his new "single" relationship with Jessie, but he also has to make Brendon understand that just because things are changing between them, it doesn't mean the close connection that they have is going to suffer. It's a big adjustment for both of the twins, and it will be interesting to see how it all shakes out in future Walker brother books.
30% done: When I first started this series I was looking forward to the twins' story, that was when I thought it would be more of a MFM. But as the series has progressed I realized this story was just going to be a shit show and honestly wanted to skip it, but my completionest self wont let me, so here I am listen to it.
First of all my issues with this series as a whole: She keeps calling them cowboys, WEARING A COWBOY HAT DOES NOT MAKE SOMEONE A COWBOY. Braydon might be the first of the brothers to actually go near an animal.
Second, every other series I've read that has some sort of sex club as part of the series; the club itself acts as another character. I have no idea why these brothers decided to go into the sex club business, none of them are ever at the club, I just don't get that part of the "story line". Other than it being mentioned once or twice during a book, it is all but forgotten. Travis' book has the most about it b/c he is the one with the idea. But since the thing was built it has been a blip in the stories.
My issues with this story and the twins: Both are idiots. They have been sharing their whole life but they act like the one that brought the girl into the mix is the one in charge and the other has to take a backseat on the feels. So the fact that Brendon started flirting with Jessie first means Braydon has to put his feels on the back burner. They do realize and have seen for themselves that three people can work, they have shared their whole life so why would they think things would change when they found the right person? Why would they think they would not have a threesome for life? Brendon is a complete ass with this whole Cheyenne thing, acting like a two year old with a toy he wants(Cheyenne) and the toy he has(Jessie) but not sharing with his brother. He treated Jessie like shit. And then we find out he has been hooking up with randoms after Braydon left and he kicked Jessie out WTF!
Braydon, while I think he did the right thing in stepping away and taking some time alone, was an idiot for not allowing himself to show his feelings towards Jessie and keeping himself back just b/c she was "technically" his brother's girl.
60% done:
OK pet-peeve time: If you are going to write a story in a specific location KNOW YOUR LOCATION!! If you are going to a movie theater where you eat during the movie, you go to ALAMO DRAFT HOUSE, that is it, end of story. And if they are complaining about fancy food on the menu then they did not go to ALAMO, and that is just wrong.
Ug, so close to DNFing this thing but I also don't want to skip it it case I miss some thing with the other brothers. At least Braydon and Brendon have talked and Brendon has realized what a complete a-hole he's been
Finished, finally:
This whole story is just one miss communication or lack of one after another. I really can't say I was a fan of this story at all.
I am looking forward to Sawyer's story and hope he gets a better one than this.
This hot sexy, all consuming guy named BRAYDON by Nicole Edwards is the 6th book in the Alluring Indulgence Series! HOL-E-YUM! These Walker boys are HOT, HOT, HOT and this book is no exception! These boys know how to get down and dirty, so get ready for another fanfreakingtastic Walker Brother ride! Saddle up girls!
Braydon and Brendon are firm believers in sharing. Sharing is caring after all right? They are twins, two peas in a pod and two delicious handsome, sexy, mouth-watering peas they are. WOW! All is copasetic until Jessie who is Kylie’s sister is at the jukebox and the boys spot her and well the rest is just mindblowing history!
“I’m the better looking one,” Braydon offered and Jessie laughed. And then all her tension dissipated. That was when she realized she was in so much trouble”
They all thought sex, no strings attached was simple. That is until two of them started developing feelings and Braydon decided he didn’t want to share anymore. Instead of speaking up about what he really wants, in the end he runs leaving his brother Brendon and Jessie in the dark as he has a mini Walker Brother breakdown back in Devils Bend. He assumes life just goes on without him, no one is hurting, but boy was he wrong. Jessie is left devastated, Brendon just seems lost. Will he come back and can they work things out?
Will Jessie finally tell Braydon how she really feels? Will she stop letting her past consume her and finally let herself fall? Will her loyalty to both brothers stop her in her tracks and prevent her from being happy because she doesn’t want to hurt Brendon? Will Braydon finally put down some roots like his other brothers?
Once everything is out in the open, the wheels are turning and they start to find out who they really are. Can Brendon and Braydon finally accept that they may be twins but are two different people and will they all learn to trust and TALK to one another openly? You are going to have to read to find out and you won’t be left hanging in the barn I promise!!
I am a huge fan of Nicole Edwards and all her work. I’ve been anticipating the twins book, I mean seriously who HASN’T? Uh Hello! Get out from under that book rock if you haven’t read this series yet, you will certainly not be disappointed that is for sure! These Walker boys will make your world Go ‘Round…. I truly love Nicole Edwards books. Who would think that you could write a series about a handful of hot cowboy brothers who run a demo company and girls would want to read it!?!?!? Oh wait me!!!! This book is about one of the twins, Braydon is soft spoken twin who seems to just go along with what his other half Brendon likes. We have watched them through out the last books, but in this we will see their struggles, and learn how different these boys truly are. Braydon, Brendon and Jessie and have been in a friends with benefits kind of relationship for the part several months and it is no longer working for two of this threesome.
Jessie has found herself with feelings for Braydon and Braydon no longer wants to share Jessie. The only problem is no one wants to say anything. Brendon on the other hand is dealing with his own demons of wanting someone he can't have. When everything comes to a head, for all three of them it seems to implode. Brendon seems to not know how to function without everyone doing things his way, and Braydon is learning that it is ok to do things his way.
Jessie on the other hand feels like she is losing her mind, she believes that she cant have what she wants without ruining other relationships. Can they all find the piece they are looking for?!?!?!!?
What I really like about Nicole's books is that we still get to see everyone and how their lives are progressing. Which is great for me! We don't lose any of Kylie, Gage, Travis, Beau, Ethan, ETC. All of their lives still intertwine which is great.
Another five star review for Nicole!
Love those Walker Boys
Another great book in this amazing series.
Braydon and Jessie will knock you off your feet. <3 Looking forward to Brenden and Sawyer's books
Merged review:
As soon as book from Nicole is released... all other books get put aside. And if I have to stay up all night to read it, so I can stay on track with my other books... then done.
I have been on pin and needles waiting for the next installment of the Walker Brothers Saga. Braydon does not disappoint.
Braydon has always done EVERYTHING with his twin brother Brendon. Including sharing girls. The only problem is that Bray has fallen in love with Jessie, their latest girl, and he just can't stand to share her with Brendon anymore. But instead of telling Jessie and Brendon how he feels, he ends up running away, leaving everyone in a tale spin.
This book leaves you turning page after page, never wanting to leave the book for long because you need to know what happens next.
An exciting and as always steamy read, leaving you wanting more from this incredible family of cowboys. :)
This was probably my least favourite of the series so far. I really struggled to even finish it.
Jessie was far to annoying in my opinion, there was such a lack of communication between everyone to the point it worked on my ever loving nerves. I get it was hard for Brandon to let go of his brother, but come on he is 30 years old, no matter how old twins are (and I have my own set at home)at some point they need to have their own lives so to speak. Another thing for me was there was not much togetherness in this book of them as a couple. I would have liked to have seen more of that.
Anyway I am hanging out for Sawyer's book. Its been him from day one for me, so I cant wait to read his and Kennedy's story....
I guess for me I had a hard time connecting to Braydon and Jess. I think this story focused way too much on Brendon and even Cheyenne, I really liked Braydon and Jess, I think to have more of them would have been nice. I am still all warm and fuzzy for Ethan and Beau, so I could always take more of them. I think Sawyer is a kick in the pants and I am really looking forward to his story. I think unfortunately this was one of my least favorite of the series.
Truly the perfect Happy for Braydon... and the journey there pulled at my heart on so many ways and made me even more excited for Brendon's story.. though Sawyer first lol..
I do hope we get the backstory for Lorrie and Curtis, because the short snippet about Mrs Walker that was shared in this one was so powerful.
This was by far my favorite book of the two series. I loved the interaction between Braydon and Jessie.
There was definitely some drama and miscommunications, but I enjoyed watching the book play out and the ending. The 2 puppies also made me smile. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.
I have loved every book in the series, but this one. I found myself so bored by their story and this didn’t have any of the heat that the other books had. I couldn’t wait for it to be over.
Loved the ending. The middle was a bit messy and confusing at times. But overall it was a good book. 😊
Being a fan of Nicole Edward’s Alluring Indulgence Series I was eager to see what kinky hotness was in store for me with the 6th installment.  I often wonder what kind of sexy goodness must lurk within the sex life, relationship of the Walker brother’s parents.  Curtis and Lorrie Walker created not 1, not 2, but 7 hot sons.  All 7 children have their own individual steam producing activities going on in the bedroom, and just plain everywhere.  It may just be something in the water in Coyote Ridge Texas as some of their friends are in the mix as well.
Twin brothers Braydon and Brendon Walker share a unique bond since childhood. They have never had a sexual encounter without the other being present.  Threesomes are all they have ever known, sex for fun no strings attached. Braydon has always taken a back seat and let his brother run the show, until now.  Things change when they meet Jessie and enter into their customary mutually satisfying arrangement with her.
Jessica Prescott aka Jessie (sister to Travis Walker’s wife Kylie), has always fallen head first into relationships she thought to be “love”. Whether unappreciated, emotionally or physically abused Jessie has not been lucky in love. Jessie moves to Coyote Ridge after her last dose of heartache and is embraced by the entire Walker clan.
Braydon Walker’s story, is filled with sexy times that the author has always been sure to provide. This story brings an emotional nuance to the series as it forays into the intricacies of the unique bond that these brothers share, and the emotional pain, challenges, and changes that occur between them.  Braydon realizes he has fallen in love with Jessie and needs to exert his own individuality and dominance to pursue a future with her. Brendon has a very hard time dealing with the changes that Braydon’s love for Jessie will bring to their lives, altering the entire course of his relationship with them moving forward.  Brendon is not the only challenge this relationship faces as Jessie must deal with her own series of emotional turmoil and self-imposed limitations.
Familial bonds are strong within the Walker family and this release revisits all of the characters I have grown to love as their lives all continue to progress. The progression that continues with each book is a key factor in my enjoyment of this series.  The loyalty, actions, and the feelings expressed within the extended Walker family are always heartwarming to witness. I confess I was not as eager for Braydon’s story as I am for Sawyer’s but I truly enjoyed this read.  This installment was not as sexually charged as its predecessors, yet necessary to allow for the distinctive relationship shared amongst these hot twin brothers to be explored.
For now I will be anticipating the next release of this enthralling series.
So anyone who has ever read the AI series by Nicole Edwards knows what they are getting when they one click her book. An incredibly erotic story about these amazingly sexy Walker Brothers. Nicole Edwards can bring the heat and she never disappoints in her tales of finding love in the most unconventional ways in her stories. That is why for me, Braydon felt the most different of her books that I have read. Whereas most of them really pack the pages with tales of ménage or sexy m/m scenes, Braydon was more about the feelings of finding oneself and the odds that these twins are at separating themselves from a life that they have always known.
When you start Braydon, Nicole gives a great description of where all these Walker boys are at in their lives. If you missed one of the prior books in this series, fear not because you will catch up pretty quickly. Our cowboy twins Braydon and Brendon begin to discover that maybe the life of sharing isn’t all it is cracked up to be….well at least that is the direction Braydon is swinging. Jess, who has been an integral part of their lives, is Braydon’s main love interest and vice versa. Through an encounter at the beginning of the book, Braydon decides he wants her all to herself and in typical male fashion decides to haul ass than face his feelings leaving a pissed off Brendon and a bereft Jess.
Throughout this story, the inner struggle both men go through deliberating their current position as twins that share everything is really heart wrenching. The writing of this struggle was really well done and some conversations these boys have with each other and the patriarchs of the Walker clan were very touching. Having Mama Walker describe to Braydon what these boys were like from the beginning of life will pull at anyone’s heart strings. It is in her words that you can really understand the bond of these boys.
Any lover of this series will most definitely love getting to the heart of what makes these twins who they are. Seeing so much of the other brothers and their families was an added bonus. Although there were times the story dragged a bit for me and I wanted a bit more of the sexy times that Nicole is famous for, I also enjoyed seeing this different side to the Walker brother’s story. Jess and Braydon’s love story is very beautiful and I am really hoping Brendon gets his heart snatched up by Cheyenne at some point soon. The cowboy lover in me is always happy being at Coyote Ridge!
