YES!! Nicole has captivated me again. This one was different from her others though. There was still some of the kink because of the club and previous characters in the back ground but for Tag and McKenna, it was different. It was HOT & STEAMY in true Nicole style but with Tags very strong alpha and possessiveness, sharing was not an option. I enjoyed that too! Lots of drama to keep you always guessing what was next. As always, all of her previous characters were very involved ( that I LOVE!!) and as always...she leaves you stunned in the end and begging for more!

this was actually a pretty tame and vanilla in sexual explorations that place together Tag Murphy and Mckenna, Club Destiny's hotshot lawyer and a feisty journalist that could be right to match Tag in every segment of his life...well, that would happen eventually after they beat the hell out of their stubborness!

So now it’s the turn of Tag Murphy, sexy laidback lawyer, who we’ve seen recently as a third with Sam & Logan and McKenna Thorne, reporter and blogger, to find a little bit of happiness, Club Destiny style.
It gets off to a slightly different start than previous Club Destiny novels – Tag and McKenna are in opposing camps at the beginning of the book due to the court case involving Sierra and Jennifer that started out in the previous novels. She is a thorn in his side as she publishes ever more infamous posts on her blog but that doesn’t stop them starring in each other’s erotic dreams. There’s an undeniable sizzle between them and a ‘contract’ will have them spending seven days together in Club Destiny. So, despite a slower start, we start to feel the heat soon enough!
Tag is a great character – he may be sexy as hell but he’s a bit of an emotional fuckwit and has an almost anaphylactic reaction to the thought of giving his heart to a woman for life and is scared death of commitment! He’s stubborn, closed off, happy to enjoy the pleasures of the flesh but his heart is locked away more securely than Fort Knox. He believes he’s suffering from an extremely passionate case of lust where McKenna is concerned but, slowly, he starts to develop feelings for her that he’s never felt before. She penetrates his soul and that is a completely foreign concept for Tag. He’s been content with only temporary sexual relationships and is completely unprepared for the way McKenna is about to rock his world.

ready to go to my knees and beg for forgiveness because you are exactly what I didn’t want.
McKenna is one feisty redhead – she’s fairly sexually liberated, she’s outspoken, ballsy, smart and stunningly beautiful. She’s absolutely perfect for Tag if only he would open his eyes and see what’s right in front of him. She too knows that she is starting to develop feelings for Tag and knows that he could take her heart and smash it like glass. She also becomes more and more embroiled in the legal fiasco surrounding Club Destiny and it’s members and manages to make an enemy who will threaten to expose a secret from her past.
“My heart,” she told him with as much conviction as she could.
“I want it all back. Every single minute I spent with you, every single kiss I shared with you. I want them all back. You don’t deserve them.”
Club Destiny gets rocked to its foundations in Infatuation and its very future is threatened and this is a difficult time for Sam & Logan and Sierra, Cole & Luke as they try to keep everyone happy and protect themselves. What now for Club Destiny?
Travis Walker, Kaleb’s oldest brother, has a couple of cameos in this and he is one sexy cowboy and we learn a little secret about him and the identity of a newly introduced character towards the end that’s going to keep me on tenterhooks waiting for his story. Hopefully it will be this year – please, Nicole??
I loved this – Nicole Edwards does such an amazing job of combining whole-hearted feelings, deep and passionate love with down and dirty, filthy and slightly kinky sex – just the way we like it!! It’s another angsty journey as Tag attempts to push McKenna and the feelings she engenders in him away and no one in Club Destiny ever comes by that Happy Ever After easily and Tag and McKenna are no exception. It’s just a great compelling, taut and seriously hot erotic romance

I will admit, I was scared in the beginning reading this. This is Tag and McKenna's story...all I could think about was what happens to Logan and Samantha now that Tag is getting his HEA lol...see thinking about my imaginary friends again!!
McKenna is a blogger come journalist type..she is the pain in Tag's bum..during the court case that started with Sierra that has now brought Club Destiny to everybodys attention Tag is working flat out to win the case for Sierra and also to prevent Club Destiny's name being dragged through the mud. Albeit that nobody knows the true Club Destiny or do they??? McKenna is always blogging about Tag and Club Destiny so he decides to nip it in the bud before McKenna can damage his case any further..however, he does not bet on a certain McKenna being a fiery hot red head that has his pants stretching to maximum capacity as soon as he sets eyes on her. He is in trouble, serious trouble.
Tag of course is our sexy bald lawyer that has a massive aversion to commitment..he is just content with sexual dalliances hence being perfectly happy with his current endeavour being Logan and Samantha's third..however, he did not bet on McKenna!! In order to try and have some say over what McKenna blogs he proposes a 7 day contract to McKenna, whereby he shows her Club Destiny (and everything else) and she gets an exclusive for her blog. McKenna is exactly what Tag needs..she has no mouth filter, she says what she wants and this only makes her even more attractive to Tag, there is some sizzling chemistry between the two and soon enough, McKenna has broken through that wall that has barricaded Tag's heart forever..one of my favourite quotes from this book is from Tag...
"This has never happened to me before, I didn't want it to happen to me, yet here I find myself ready to go to my knees and beg for forgiveness because you are exactly what I didn't want" altogether now ahhhhhh...I love Tag!!
McKenna and Tag team up during this book to help prevent the demise of Club Destiny and what a team they make..there is a lot more action in this book but we still get our typical Nicole Edward's instalments of seriously hot steamy scenes.. there is a lot of angst in this book together with plots to destroy more or less everyone, including McKenna.
Once again the Walker brothers appear in this book, with the cross over between Alluring Indulgence and Club Destiny looking more and more promising going forward. I cannot wait to see where this is going..once again a fab riveting read from Nicole Edwards..this series has been an eye opener for me and I have loved it!!

Tag Murphy, Club Destiny’s member and attorney, has been representing the Club and his friends in a case against a deranged psycho woman who threatens to name names. There has been way too much press trying to get the story of this reclusive swingers club, but only one caught the eye and managed to crawl under the skin of the sexy lawyer, McKenna Thorne, owner and journalist of Sensations, Inc.
Tag has never responded to a woman the way he finds himself when McKenna’s around or even just simply thinking of her. With his runaway thoughts, he ended his involvement in being the third to Logan’s and Sam’s threesome and for months has been trying to figure out what makes McKenna so different. McKenna propositions Tag into a deal to give the Club more positive press in hopes to offset the psycho chicks rants, an Exclusive of Club Destiny
With a contract signed and all conditions outlined, they begin this temporary experience which both embraces while still trying to hold on to the control that they are both so used to.
So for Seven Sinful days, they are glued together, pushing each other, growing a bond neither one wanted, at the end of it all, neither one is sure they would survive. McKenna knows it was stupid but she was never able to separate her heart from sex, and Tag knows she scares the shit out of him and he needs to push her away. An asshole move, but he needs to do it, he needs to save himself
McKenna finds a way to keep her distance from Tag, but it’s hard, his friends are hers now, and she won’t stop trying to find ways to help them out. Weeks go by and with the help of a deranged club member who threatens McKenna, she finds herself face-to-face with the one who tore her heart out. Tag knows he needs to stay away but he just can’t, he needs to find a way to make it all up to her.
Infatuation, in my opinion was the tamest of the series so far, it almost more focused on the drama that was building up from the other books, it was still hot, but it was missing the heat that I was used to. I loved seeing these two people who are so used to being in control, loose themselves over each other. Tag was an ass, for pushing her away but he had a hell of a way to make it up to her and even McKenna hoped that he would grovel back; she didn’t give in so easily.
Lucky for me it’s not the end, there is still more to come in the series that I will still continue to read because let’s face it I am sucked into their world and don’t see myself coming up for air anytime soon. There is a spin off series Alluring Indulgence, with seven brothers, I know I’m gonna be busy for a very very long time ;)

Being introduced to the Club Destiny series fairly recently all I can say is I'm 100% completely addicted. Infatuation started off with me..................................................................
Tag Murphy the attorney for Luke & Logan McCoy's Club Destiny is one hot man! Piercing green eyes, sinewy frame and bald head, ink galore! Oh ladies he has me..
Well Tag is all up for a little phyiscal pleasure but emotional attachment, NO FREAKING WAY! He doesn't do that and insists he never would do it. Tag's about to be thrown a curve ball by a red-headed vixen with exotic eyes and curves that will bring any man to their knees. McKenna Thorne is all that and a bag chips. This fiesty reporter is the consummate professional, smart and witty and extremely beautiful. Yes, she is the type of woman that other woman want to be. She has me..........................................................
Well we all want something we know we shouldn't have, you know something that in our gut tells us it's going to MESS up our carefully constructed lives and let the bricks fall where that may. Well Tag guess what you wanted McKenna and now you have her. McKenna gets the go-ahead from that sexy Luke McCoy to an exclusive on Club Destiny and Tag is going to give her a tour of the club let's say a very personal tour ladies.
This book gripped me thoroughly. It was awesome to see all the players we've come to love in the series entrenched right along side with Tag & McKenna but hey Nicole wouldn't do any other way than the right way and that woman can write a sex scene that will make you....................
I have to pay a little homage to Whisper, McKenna's trusted assistant, there is nothing quiet about that woman and when a job needed to be done or someone needed to be reminded to get her ummm arse in gear Whisper was the one to do! She flat out is bad-ass.
Tag & McKenna's sexual chemistry is off the charts there was a lot of this going on in Infatuation.........................................
but there were parts that had me doing this............................
yep that Susan did seem to be a little of her rocker but hey in the end what a perfect explanation and perhaps a little character redemption, smart move Nicole. What happens when the "gig" is up will Tag let his fears control him or will he step to the plate? I certainly had this...
then I had a little of this............................................
See there's someone in the book that had me dropping my mouth wide open. It wasn't that hunk Travis Walker but in all honesty any of those Walker brothers from AI will have you droollig. Yep when this name dropped I did this...................................................
then a little scene before a certain "get together" had me..........
and before the end I was already.....................................
To say Infatuation is a steamy read is an understatement. This is a hot as hell sexy read that I guarantee will have you wiggling a little in your seat ;) Step into the world of sexy men, strong beautiful woman and off the charts sex come into Club Destiny....
This is a 5 plus star read for me. I love Nicole's writing style I love the attention to detail but not getting stuck on every little detail. I felt like I lived the story and for that I was AMAZED. I want more from Nicole NOW! If you haven't ready any of the Club Destiny series get started NOW and then before Infatuation take a little Kaleb detour then come back to Infatuation I guarantee you will be thinking this is a fan-freaking-tastic read!

Please do not read this book until you have read Conviction, Temptation, Addiction and Seduction – the prior books in the Club Destiny Series.
Infatuation tells the story of Tag Murphy, a man introduced and showen intimately in early books. In this book, we learn about the man behind the killer body and professional lawyer persona.
Infatuation picks up where part of the story line from Temptation leaves off, with Tag as legal representation for the law suit related Club Destiny legal issues. As you may remember, the lawsuit related privacy issue was caused by a member speaking to the press and Luke and Logan McCoy’s desire to keep their club private.
This case brings Tag face to face with McKenna Thorne, a journalist covering the case. Tag has always been content with the nontraditional aspect of his prior relationships, something again you see in prior books.
The connection between Tag and McKenna was tangible. You feel it instantly and the more they interact the more Ms. Edwards builds this connection.
Though this book focuses on the developing relationship between Tag and McKenna, it continues to move the Club Destiny timeline forward; I truly appreciated how well this was handled.
It really worked for the story, given that Tag is the Club’s attorney, it made for a layered and engaging read.
I truly loved seeing Luke, Cole and Sierra. Their relationship continues to evolve and you see glimpses of vulnerability, questions of how things would work. I thought this was also so well done, their love and continued committed to each other were always present. It was lovely and felt real given the nature of their relationship!
There was also some crossover with Ms. Edwards Alluring Indulgence series, this was well done and will make you want to read more Nicole Edwards.
The evolution of Tag as he comes to terms with his emotions will endear him to your heart.
This book has a nice amount of action, yes the hot kind but also the story action that make it a world that will stick you and keep you wanting more.
The epilogue was so well done, it added another piece that warmed my heart and a piece that made me say, “when is book 5 in Club Destiny being released!?!”

Please do not read this book until you have read Conviction, Temptation, Addiction and Seduction – the prior books in the Club Destiny Series.
Infatuation tells the story of Tag Murphy, a man introduced and showen intimately in early books. In this book, we learn about the man behind the killer body and professional lawyer persona.
Infatuation picks up where part of the story line from Temptation leaves off, with Tag as legal representation for the law suit related Club Destiny legal issues. As you may remember, the lawsuit related privacy issue was caused by a member speaking to the press and Luke and Logan McCoy’s desire to keep their club private.
This case brings Tag face to face with McKenna Thorne, a journalist covering the case. Tag has always been content with the nontraditional aspect of his prior relationships, something again you see in prior books.
The connection between Tag and McKenna was tangible. You feel it instantly and the more they interact the more Ms. Edwards builds this connection.
Though this book focuses on the developing relationship between Tag and McKenna, it continues to move the Club Destiny timeline forward; I truly appreciated how well this was handled.
It really worked for the story, given that Tag is the Club’s attorney, it made for a layered and engaging read.
I truly loved seeing Luke, Cole and Sierra. Their relationship continues to evolve and you see glimpses of vulnerability, questions of how things would work. I thought this was also so well done, their love and continued committed to each other were always present. It was lovely and felt real given the nature of their relationship!
There was also some crossover with Ms. Edwards Alluring Indulgence series, this was well done and will make you want to read more Nicole Edwards.
The evolution of Tag as he comes to terms with his emotions will endear him to your heart.
This book has a nice amount of action, yes the hot kind but also the story action that make it a world that will stick you and keep you wanting more.
The epilogue was so well done, it added another piece that warmed my heart and a piece that made me say, “when is book 5 in Club Destiny being released!?!”

I love the characters that Nicole Edwards has created in the Club Destiny world and McKenna and Tag are great additions to this mix!

The chemistry is hot between these two as they dance around each other and when they do finally connect, it's absolutely explosive! (Verrry smexy!)
All of the previous characters are active in this one and I really enjoyed Luke's growth (He is much more comfortable with himself than he was in Temptation)
This book started slower for me than the previous books in the series and had a bit of a different feel to it and - wow - concluded with quite an unexpected bang (so to speak)!
Club Destiny fans will enjoy this addition to the series!

This is the third installment of the Club Destiny series I have read. I was looking forward to this book even though Tag is not the type of guy I would normally like to read about. I don't do bald men, I like some hair to grab onto :) Although his scenes in previous books as well as the tats covering his body did have me intrigued. The heat between Tag and McKenna is great! The fact that neither one of them is looking to find a lasting relationship is kind of funny. If ever two people needed a strong significant other in their lives it would be these two! The trip Nicole Edwards takes us on this time shows more of her softer side. The sex scenes while still hot are not as racy as some of the other Club Destiny books. Even when we are taken into the "secret club" the really riske rooms are not described. All in all the storyline is really good and moves us forward in the series. It also sets up not only the next book for this series but for the Alluring Indulgence series as well. This is a good read from Nicole Edwards but I am hoping for a little more spice from the next one! 3.5 stars!

If you have read Club Destiny up to this point you know that there are a few issues boiling with the club. As Club Destiny's attorney, this book primarily focuses on Tag and those problems. I didn't feel as connected to Tag and McKenna as I have with the other characters...I kept waiting for Tag to be that super dominant, controlling lawyer. Although there were times where we saw it come out I could have used a lot more! One perk is that we were introduced to some new members and got some additional information on this mystery man, Travis. I cannot wait to get to his book! 3.5 Stars!

I loved McKenna (seriously I would kiss her on the mouth if I could) she is a feisty red headed firecracker and I loved watching her defy Tag at every turn (almost)…She didn’t back down easily from him – it just wasn’t in her nature. I found myself many times during the book very jealous of this fictional character because it was her name written in the book on her knees doing naughty naughty naughty things to one said attorney or lying sprawled out naked on the bed while one said attorney feasts on her for hours. When I read it the stars name was Ena (it is in every Nicole Edward’s book – Samantha who? Sierra who? McKenna who? – nope I am the star – at least in my head).
“I want it all back. Every single minute I spent with you, every single kiss I shared with you. I want them all back. You don’t deserve them.”
Now yes McKenna also has a “past” that stops her from wanting to feel more for Tag and there were times when I found myself screaming at her because I wanted her to let the words tumble from her mouth that she kept locked up! I was actually driving in my car yesterday listening to music on my kindle and found a song that I wanted McKenna to sing to Tag:

I found myself many times during the book very jealous of this fictional character because it was her name written in the book on her knees doing naughty naughty naughty things to one said attorney or lying sprawled out naked on the bed while one said attorney feasts on her for hours. When I read it the stars name was Ena (it is in every Nicole Edward’s book – Samantha who? Sierra who? McKenna who? – nope I am the star – at least in my head).

Now yes McKenna also has a “past” that stops her from wanting to feel more for Tag and there were times when I found myself screaming at her because I wanted her to let the words tumble from her mouth that she kept locked up! Bravo to Nicole for another great book. I enjoyed this story. I liked the suspense it kept putting in wondering what was gonnabe the end result with Stephen & Susan. Wasn't expecting for Luke to close club destiny :(
But can't say that I blame him. Loyalty is so important to me too.
I think Tag & McKenna made a good pair. Their both so independent and thinking they need no one until they find one another. I think their just what each other needs. Mc Kenna was such a likable character too.
Great book! And I'm looking forward to more of the Alluring Indulgence series too.

I absolutely love Nicole's writing and Infatuation doesn't disappoint. Please read these books in the right order and I even recommend reading Kane of the Alluring Indulgence series before you read this book. It will help with some of the references. Nicole has done such a great job of keeping the characters that you have falling in love with from the very first book involved through out each of the following books. I love that she is able to give just as much emotion as sexy. Neither one of them seem to over take the book which leaves you invested in the characters .I love the fact that although she makes the main characters story seem settled for the time being she leaves you with so many questions as to what will happen with the next book. I look forward to reading many more of her books.

Ok, so it's certain now that Nicole Edwards is not my type of writer. I've read three of her books so far and she didn't impress me much - at least not in a positive way.
Too much of inner musings, too long steamy scenes (seriously, FAAAR to long) and a convoluted way to tell a story. I was bored and I started skimming at about 20%, just to figure out what the book is about.
I also have issues with the BDSM scenes in her books - for me, they go more in the kink category mostly because her males aren't strong enough.
I guess I expect more authority from the dominants in BDSM-themed books.
I also have an observation - English isn't my first language (or my second) but the wrong use of "your" and "you're" grated on my nerves several times.

Oh how much do I love Tag Murphy!!! I have to admit I was not crazy about this book cover because being a woman I would have much rather seen a sexy tattooed upper body on the cover but regardless this book did not disappoint!!! I love this series. I was lucky to find this book because of goodreads and I am so thankful I gave Nicole a chance! Her writing is great and I am counting down the days to the release of Zane (AI2) and it seems Captivated will now be added to that list as well! So thank you Nicole for these wonderful book and I am eagerly awaiting your next release!!!!!

I thought this book was amazing! I just love how Tag loves McKenna.
The way Nicole writes...it's so descriptive - it's like you can feel all of the emotions that the characters are experiencing.
Sometimes, when reading a book, I just can't seem to get enough of a specific character. One of my favorite things about how Nicole has written the Club Destiny series, is the way she brings other "key" characters from previous books back together. I think it gives me, as the reader, a way to sort of keep tabs on them and follow their stories just a little bit more.

I love this series of books. I've loved Tag from the word go, so it was wonderful to see him get his own book in Infatuation. *SIGH*
I think it's awesome that Nicole has brought Club Destiny & Alluring Indulgence together. If you haven't read Kaleb (Alluring Indulgence) yet, you need to read Infatuation first, as there are characters from Kaleb that are brought into Club Destiny.
If you haven't read any of the Club Destiny books, I highly recommened that you start from the beginning - You will not be disappointed!!

There's only so much tension or anticipation you can handle before it gets boring. I thought that the start of the book was great with its build up. What I couldn't handle anymore was prolonging several events. Think of a rubber band that has been stretched to its maximum till it breaks. That's exactly how I feel. It happens over and over again throughout the book. For example, H keeps on talking about wanting the h in his bed...... Took forever. H talks about giving h a tour....... Took forever. All other issues..... Took forever. I've had enough, tbh.

LOVE the Club Destiny series and the HOT, HOT, HOT men in this series, and Tag does not disappoint. While this book was indeed Steamy, it was much more sedate in the steam department than the other 4 books. I had my fingers crossed for an steamy threesome between Tag, McKenna and Travis, (Travis from the Alluring Indulgence Series) or another naughty game of "Truth or Dare",but it never happened. Overall I loved this book and this series and I hightly recommend.

I am such a BIG fan of the Club Destiny Series!!!! Because I didn't really pay much attention to Tag in the previous books that much I wasn't sure how this story was going to tie into all of my favorite characters lives. Well......him and Mckenna fit right in and I'm so glad I was able to catch up with people I feel could be apart of my every day life. I cannot wait to read more from this series and the Alluring Indulgence series!!!!

There are some books that after you read them you just can't seem to read another afterwards for a bit. I get so into this series that when I finish I need some time before I start another book. I read alot...but Nicole Edwards has a way of writing that just takes my breath away...If you haven't read her books you are missing out...this series is sexy...hot...and has an awesome story!!!! This series just keeps getting better and better! I really enjoyed the story in this book, although the hot factor wasn't quite as smoldering as the first few! I loved the new characters that were introduced and where the plot may go in future installments! I am looking forward to checking out the spinoff series and meeting more of the Walker brothers!
