Fantastically Inspirational

This book is a must read for any sailor or aspiring sportsman. You are taken on a journey through the mind and life of one of Britain's most famous and successful Olympians, diving into the processes, achievements and frustrations of this great man.

This is the second time I have bought this book (as my first was left on a plane to Africa) and it was well worth the wait. I for one have always admired Sir Ben and look forward to watching his America's Cup career take shape and bring the cup home.

Dumbed down so much for non-sailors that it was pretty dull for me. Also pretty repetitive.
