“Flight” is a short story romance between free-spirited flight attendant Ricarda and buttoned-up executive (and straight woman) Margaret.
The MCs are both very likable, and this is a very sweet, believable story. There is an instant spark between them on a flight, and for Ricarda it’s instalike/instalust. But the strength of this story is the slow build of their friendship as Ricarda patiently courts Margaret, and as Margaret slowly becomes aware of, and comfortable with, her desire to be courted.
Terrific explicit steaminess is tender and yummy. I listened to “Flight” via VoiceDream’s Salli, and while a human narrator would have been better….it was a great listen! 5* for “Flight”!

Without a doubt this is Anne's best book till date. It is still a shorter story (less than 50 pages), but managed to get around most of what was needed for me.
I would still prefer something longer and would have loved to read more about Ricarda and her life. But as a quick romantic read while enjoying the sun then it worked quite well.
