I can honestly say that Part 3 is reason enough to buy Midnight’s Captive as a serial instead of waiting for the entire book to be released. It is one hell of a page turner! The pages within this section of the book are so incredibly action packed and full of intensity.

Britt and Aiden are well on their way to achieving the goal that he set out to obtain. Jason Wallace proves time and time again he is a far more sinister evil than anything the warriors have ever faced before. The Warriors are put in a situation they have never had to deal with and this is forcing them to look to other means of fighting the evil that is Jason Wallace. There are so many game changers in Part 3 that I will most likely remain up for the rest of the night just to see what dire circumstances Donna throws her Warriors and Druids into next. At this point in the book it is next to impossible to put it down.

Charon and Laura are trying desperately to stay alive and get through the havoc that Jason is putting them in. They know if they can just make it through this they have something that is special and passionate and worth fighting for. So that is what they are doing, fighting to live another day to stay by the others side.

The more I read of the Dragon Kings the more I want their books to hurry up and get published. Now the Diva must impatiently wait for May of 2014 for that. Hopefully they will continue to have a large role in her Dark Warrior book until that time.

HOLY WHAT!?! Finding out what Con's power is was awesome! Ok ok backing up... The warriors and the dragon kings have formed a plan to take out Wallace and the Selmyr all in one foul swoop which seems like it'll work but I'm waiting for the inevitable drop in "uh oh's" to happen. Charon is definitely finding his heart wrapped more and more around Laura which is hard to watch since he had such a weariness toward her.. Not that I can say I blame her after Declan being able to embed himself in someone's mind and basically camp out and wait for the info.. I was in freaking SHOCK when the range rover was hit!!
Just as I was when Fallin wasn't able to jump anyone with him!! I was exhausted but couldn't stop reading until Galen, Quinn, Aiden, and Britt were all in safety!! I really hope Wallace gets what's coming to him! I am happy to be seeing more of Malcolm even if he is seeming more and more withdrawn... At least he's willing to help out now. :/
Continuing along onto part IV!

I give this book 5 out of 5 shields!

Strong storyline, and great character development…

These are two of the most important things I look for when I find a new (to me) author. I have found that Ms. Grant does not disappoint. Like I said above, this author's new to me but so far I believe she may become a favorite. This series is a must read, each serial I finished, I Had to get back to find the next one. I'm thoroughly enjoying this fantasy /action/romance series.
