Great explanation of what procrastination is.

I enjoyed the writer's style of writing and found the book to be informative and helpful. A must read for anyone with an interest in meridian tapping. Unfortunately, the link to the audio that is supposed to accompany the book doesn't appear to download as the link is no longer available.

I'm skeptical that it actually accomplishes anything, but it can't hurt to try. I'll give it a shot.
