In the future, technology exists to switch bodies with another person, and new law dictates that prisoners on death row must give up their bodies to terminally ill patients.

Taylor is one of those patients. Long ago he was a decorated police officer. Now he is in a coma, waiting in a silent sleep while his aging body begins to slip away.

But Taylor is about to get a second chance. A young inmate has been sentenced to switch with him. Once resolved to die, Taylor has another shot at life, at youth.

There’s only one catch. The young inmate he switched with was an innocent man, framed for a crime he did not commit.

George Ebey first developed a passion for storytelling during college, when a creative writing course led him to produce a fully edited portfolio of speculative fiction stories. Since then, he has written numerous works in multiple genres and has had stories published in several anthologies.
