I have started basic journaling recently and so I decided to buy this Audible book. At about $5 and 2 hours long I figured what the heck.
Section 1 is all about the Mechanics of Journaling Section 2 are types and ideas on what to journal about Section 3 was about reflection Section 4 is resources and there are a TON!
I wasn't expecting much from this book, I was just looking for some ideas - and Ms. Braime's book is chock full of them. For me; however, the book was very soft. Personally I am interested in professional development verses personal insight, and very little of those type ideas were covered in the Ultimate Guide. Much of what she covers in personal insight and development which is definitely, her target audience.
I rated this 3 stars again for my purposes. I do really think this is an excellent book for the person wanting to journal for personal insight and growth and doesn't know where to start. As I continue my own journey called "life", who knows, I may convert be that type journalist someday. If I do, I will definitely revisit this book for ideas.

An okay overview of the possibilities of journaling. I didn't feel there was enough depth in some sections to be the "ultimate" but still it is a quick and interesting read, I think most people will get something out of it.
A cheap and nice quick read for those who look for new ideas & inspirations for journaling. The final list of resources (books as well as websites) is very usefull and inspire to go deeper
