Such a healthy, balanced way of looking at your TTC journey

Very easy read - finished mine in one sitting. Many of the things included are already common knowledge of you have been ttc for a while, but the way they are written is so different to the usual ways we hear about diets a and lifestyle from doctors or specialists. The humour right through the book makes for such easy reading, and it offers a different view from the negative emotions that are rife when trying (and failing) to conceive. The fact the author has been through the ttc journey and shares the same experiences, tests, treatment, and emotions as a lot of the readers have make the book far more relatable and gives hope. The book is very informative, funny, and most of all it helps the reader realise they aren't alone in this journey. Would definitely recommend to anyone ttc. At this price, what have you got to lose?
