Learned lots of new stuff about coconut, good to see some actual research about the health benefits of coconut cited (but why no references or awkward sentences like "the Journal of such and such says 'quote here'?!). Some recipes look seriously good but a lot of them are basically about substituting oils / fats with coconut oil (I'm all for it but I'd probably expected - and hoped for - a few recipes that included coconut flour as well). That said, I made the raw chocolate coconut truffles today and they are seriously delicious!

I also appreciate the chapter on coconut for beauty purposes. Some good ideas for making your own coconut scrub or moisturiser there.

I'm not what I would call a coco-"nut," but I found a few good alternatives for our dairy-free family member...Especially want to give the coconut whipped cream a whirl.

Good info and delicious recipes! Not gluten-free, but you can always substitute ingredients if necessary. Needs more pictures, as well as footnotes for cited articles and scientific studies.
