Provides a really good foundation for psychodynamic formulation and I think I'll refer this book a lot whenever I need it. It talks about a general strategy to formulate a case psychodynamically and also points out an importance of sharing a formulation with a patient and different formulation strategies in different clinical settings. There were also a lot of case examples, which I skimmed through. Overall it was a very helpful book for a beginning therapist.

Luen tätä ajankohtaisesti kolmatta kertaa. Erinomaisesti jäsennelty, selkeästi aihe aiheelta etenevä psykodynaamisen tapausjäsennyksen käsikirja. Peruskäsitteistön ja teorioiden hallinta on eduksi; kirjassa opetetaan soveltamaan käsitteitä kliiniseen työhön ja lähdeluettelosta löytyy kattava lista suositeltavia teoksia, mikäli haluaa tutustua tarkemmin esimerkiksi kiintymyssuhdeteoriaan, minuuden rakentumiseen tms.
