Really great exercises which I hadn't come across before. Very exciting. Contains essays from various writers on diff. aspects of writing, i.e. 'writing for screen' 'writing poetry' etc. Really enjoyed. :) I learnt new things about rhythm and poetry too, which was great. This was a library copy but want to get my own copy to refer to as I continue writing. Recommended to you writer folk out there! :)
A useful book with helpful guidance on different types of writing, dialogue and the realities of just how many drafts you may go through and that you shouldn't expect the first draft to be amazing.
Lovely little book filled with plenty of interesting techniques and solid advice, offered by a variety of voices. Borrowed this one from my university library, did not regret it.
