This book was a little rushed. My least favorite so far.

Logan and Meg are the focus of book 3. Meg is introduced in book 2 and she is a friend of Maggie. A siren who is also magickal.
Logan fights the intense attraction as did his brother Angus, and cousin Callum in the previous books.
I really like that the other family members don't fade into the background from one book to another. Phoebe continues to work on translating the diary with the assistance of Meg and Maggie.
Jack continues to add his insightful thoughts and the family that has lived under the curse continues to blossom.
More details of the curse are revealed. Along the way, you get romance, suspense, mystery, action, and a few steamy moments. There is also an increasing suspicion that there is More to the Clan then just the curse.
This book is not a cliffhanger as far as the romance is concerned, but the quest for breaking the curse continues in each book.
Each book can be read on its own. Each book has its own romance and it's own HEA. The family dynamic and the unraveling of the curse is the ongoing theme.
I really liked all of the McLennan's. They were fun, funny, sexy, snarky, irritating, smart, and independent. This was definitely 4.5 stars.
I can't wait to read Fletcher and Anice's books.

Logan McLennan has an artistic nature and usually takes everything in stride. That is until he meets Meghan Campbell, a magical southern belle with siren abilities. They are matched for the next quest to find the 3rd jewel bringing the McLennans that much closer to ending their centuries old family curse. As with the prior two quests, a sacrifice must be willing to be made in order to succeed. The stakes are only getting higher and someone evil is lurking in the background putting all their lives at risk.
The suspense and drama builds as the series continues to unfold, and each story becomes more exciting and intriguing than the last. The third story is as fast paced, but is more engaging and attention grabbing than the previous. The characters are well-developed, strong, and interesting. The narrative flows effortlessly with intrigue, emotions, and steamy romance. The underlying storyline of the series is compelling, and although each story can work as a standalone, it may be more enjoyable if the stories are read in succession. I strongly recommend you read this very enjoyable story and series! Can’t wait for Fletcher’s story next!!

Logan is the artist of the McLennan clan and his quest is to find the sapphire.
Meghan Campbell, a siren witch, has been staying at the Lennon house since she and Rena, a half fae/half human, helped with the last jewel that Angus needed to retrieve.
Logan and Meg along with Angus and Maggie travel to Paris to retrieve the sapphire.
Let me just say that I like this series and I like the characters, but the constant drama of denying how they feel about each other in every story gets a little old. Meg knows that Logan is the 'one' for her, yet she doesn't want to admit it. When Fletcher makes a comment about Meg being his cousin-in-law, this is Logan's response, "The simple statement sent a tremor of fear straight to his heart." (Direct quote) You'd think after living two hundred years, you'd want to find your soul mate! They do get together and the quest continues in the next book.

I love the Cursed Clan series. I love the mix of romance, suspense and magick. An intense story, where the reader follows the new journey of the Clan to break the curse, thru Logan and Meg. I could tell that the more they resisted each other the more explosive will be their union. And by trusting and saving each other they solved this step and get closer to finding closure of spell that cursed the Clan. Loved how the other characters were so involved, the story hinted at various possibilities of who will be challenged for the next quest. Thank you Ms. Schroeder for another amazing read.

I liked this installment well enough, I just thought it went from denying an attraction to madly in love with each other. The conflict that the previous couples had to get the stone to the sword didn’t seem to be that evident here

I didn't think I could get better than the first two in this series but Logan and Meg storyline is amazing. I love these Scots to death!! Now I'm dying for Fletcher to come out😩

Melissa Schroeder has done it again with Logan (The Cursed Clan Book 3). It is a compelling entertaining suspenseful read. It has just a touch of paranormal, some riddles, and lots of family loyalty, passion and love. This immortal clan of five does not wish to live forever, sort of a different take on a horrible curse that plays out very well in the books.
The focus of each story is on a McLennan member of the family. This time it is Logan. I had found him in the earlier books to be the most unknown of the five. He seems very open and easy kind of guy, but underneath he can be as intense as Callum and Angus. I loved getting to see that side of him while he came to terms with his feelings for Meghan.
The story is very well developed with the Logan having to face the curse from his past to retrieve the jewel needed for the family sword. Meg also must face her past, seeing herself as she was and how she is now. I’m seeing in all the books, the McLennan member and the one that they love must face the challenge of past and present. The challenge becomes very personal for both. This is much deeper and emotional than if the characters were just going on a quest.
Logan would read well as a stand-alone but to fully understand the curse I have enjoyed reading the books in order. In Callum, the history of the curse is given. With each new book, the true puppet master villain is exposed a little more. Finally, in Logan, the family is beginning to see the bigger evil at hand that the reader had glimpses of in the earlier books.
Also, each book has a teaser, I guess you would call it. Anice and her admirer are intriguingly introduced in Logan. I’m predicting that he will play a major role in the final jewel. However, maybe Fletcher, the playboy member of the family will have the final book since he seems the most harden to true love. See what I mean as a teaser, now I can’t wait to read the other two. Who will be next? I hope that Melissa Schroeder is writing very, very fast!
I haven’t read any of Schroeder’s other series but this one looks to be more mainstream than any of those look to be. I read recently an author say her mainstream books outsold the erotic ones. Well, if that is true for all, than this series should sell like hotcakes, since it is a wonderful, wonderful series!

Logan, the go with the flow, laid back artist has found the one thing in life that unbalanced him in both good and bad ways. Logan is one of my favorites of the clan. Life loving, talented, sexy and loyal. As a lover of all types of women, it was fun to see Logan tangle his self inside and out over the woman that he wanted. Conflicted by past events and present emotions, Logan has to look . beyond the facts and let go.
Meg has a shaded past. Being a grafter can do that to a girls rep. From the moment we met Meg in Angus, there was some about her that got to me. Sassy, confident in her abilities and uber talented. She is honest thief, if there is such a thing and a beauty that is all her own. A fighter and survivor. A powerful witch who faces her past to try to have that sexy man that has her knickers twisted.
Ms. Schroeder kicked up the intensity of her Cursed Clan series with the third installment, LOGAN. Sexual tension fill the pages as Logan and Meg embark on the journey of the third jewel. Learning more of the family curse and surprises of all kinds come out of the corners. Logan was a page turner for me. Family, lore, magic, mystery and steamy romance, what more could a gal want in a book.
Readers note: Logan can be read as a stand alone book. However i do recommend that you read Callum and Angus first. As the McLennans are not just a family, they are a clan. With each book you not only do we follow the clan through the journey to break this curse, you begin to learn each member of the clan. With each book the clan gains members. Hey, not a spoiler. This was truly a wonderful book. I enjoyed the characters, the intrigue (the hunt for what jewel and who would be next) and the romance. With each relative in the clan, Melissa Schroeder adds to the story and the curse. A little more is revealed with each book. I have really enjoyed all the books in this series, but this last one was really great, because Logan was one who in the first two books you wondered who he would fall for. This book can be read alone, but in my humble opinion should be read in the order behind Callum and Angus. I can’t wait for the next in the series.

“No, lass. My name’s Logan.” The third book in The Cursed Clan series continues the story of five cousins attempting to end a curse of immortality by procuring jewels for a sword. Because this book actively engages characters from the previous two books, Callum and Angus, I recommend that you read the series in order. Yes, each book was a delightful romance; even better, the series is an enchanting story of a family’s love, a Scottish clan of five immortal siblings and cousins, three of whom, so far, have formed loving relationships with mortals. In this third story, Logan, an artist who sees and feels more deeply than appears, teams with Meghan, a siren witch with a history as a swindler, to steal a sapphire from a Paris art collector. Logan is not susceptible to this siren, but most definitely is to this woman, yet struggles with trusting her. Meg is revealed to be “Logan’s soul” and she recognizes Logan as her “chosen one.” Their falling in love was absolutely scrumptious reading—two sensual characters in passionate crescendo interplay. Overall, this third book did an exceptional job—I was as captivated with Logan and Meg’s romance as I was with the daily antics of this beguiling clan. At the same time, I found myself asking more questions about the clan’s story and then fearing who would pay “failure’s penance” to the “dark one.” With a sense of foreboding, I eagerly await the next story.

Another Cursed Clan Winner
The third installment to the Cursed Clan series was definitely not lacking a thing.
It gave us a more in depth look into Logan, the artist and designer of the group. Up until now, he seemed to just keep to himself and exist in his own world. Now he is in the forefront and trying to come to terms with a woman who has a past of deceit.
Meghan is a beautiful witch who can charm almost any man with the sound of her voice... She has used her voice in many ways, and that keeps Logan weary of allowing himself to get too close.
The plan that unfolds in order to break the curse that their family has been thrown into has brought out the protective side in Logan and he is certain that he is not ready for anything to happen to his family or Meg. He is the next to follow through on his quest to break the curse and the next to make sure that his life, love, and heart is still in tack when it is done.
I loved how it moved the story along and how both characters and the family grew, mentally, within, this one!

Logan is the laid back artist except when it comes to lovely witch with siren abilities Meghan Campbell. Meg is an admitted grafter and Logan is conflicted. He wants her but he doesn’t trust her. Now it seems that she is integral to his task in undoing the curse, stealing a sapphire that once rested in the blade of Robert the Bruce. If he isn’t careful she may steal his heart at the same time.
Although this is a standalone story you really should read the first two, Callum and Angus, before reading this as there is a lot that has happened to this point that you will better understand where everybody is coming from. I like that the author does not feel the need to rehash what happened previously.
Logan is sweet, strong and sexy. Meg is smart, sassy and wickedly talented. They make an incredible team. I can’t get enough of Melissa Schroeder’s Cursed Clan. Bring on Fletcher!

Each of the Cursed Clan stories focuses on different family member of the clan. One thing about it, they are extremely loyal to each other. Logan is the artist. Meghan is a witch. They must pair up and go to Paris along with Angus and Maggie on the quest for the next jewel. Logan and Meg each feel a draw but both have doubts. The sexual attraction is strong, but is it enough. It takes the trip and facing a painful part of Meg's past before they learn to completely trust each other and they can admit to love. Although this is a series and best read in order, the story is so well told that you can read it as a standalone and not feel lost. I was gifted a copy of this story for an honest review.

The third book deals with finding the sapphire and getting Logan and Meg together. This family keeps growing with these amazingly Magical and talented women assisting with their quests. The men have all been hard headed but throw on a kilt and a Scottish accent and who really cares? Not me, I love to read the men's accents and read a few times to get it right. The tasks usually involve a self sacrifice and stealing a jewel, but it's the adventure and romance along the way which is important. Thank you Melissa for giving me a copy to review.

This book was exceptionally good. It was Logan's turn to find or should I say accept his destiny. Meghan Campbell is perfect for the McLennan artist, Logan. Finding the jewel to break the curse, going to Paris, and facing her past was exciting to read. And I loved the bonus scene at the end. It was great way to end a book. But my favorite scenes was when Anice McLennan met Gavin McWalton (the enemy) there was this strong attraction between them! I hope it's Anice's turn next time. I would love to see those two together.

Logan!
Logan was awesome! I loved every minute of it. I liked how him and Meg wanted each other but kept trying to fight it. Until that one hot steamy kiss in the kitchen! Gotta love a sassy honorary witch. Can't wait for more of The Clan! Another great book from Melissa she never disappoints.

The story, no the Love story of Logan McLennan an immortal and Meghan Campbell a southern Belle who is a witch. This is the third book in The Cursed Clan series. This is such a great story to read. Logan believes in Meg when others in his family doubt her.

Good continuation of the series
I enjoyed the story of Meg and Logan though I felt the ending was a bit rushed. I look forward to the next book. My only complaint is that the editing missed a lot of dropped or misspelled words. More so than the previous two books.

I didn't expect Logan to have the temper that he does, easy going artist I didn't realize he'd be so quick to anger. Guess you can't take that posessiveness out of the highlander even after a few centuries. This is such a wonderful series, I've loved every book so far and can't wait for the next. I'll be sad to see it end but definitely be re-reading these. Start with Callum and learn to love this amazing Clan.
