This book is intended for ages 7 to 11 years. A spaceship lands in the forest behind Jake and Scott's house, and the two boys are launched on a quest of galactic proportions. This is just what it looks like and that is a good thing. This is for a young reader a great introduction to science fiction. A great read with enough real science for a young reader to learn something and enough pure speculation to make it fun. Simple illustrations help clarify everything going on. I would totally recommend this to a young reader.
