Sullivan's Wrath

The war for Edaline is over, but Rick Sullivan is still a wanted fugitive. His future is uncertain, and with the mysterious hyperspace entities pulling strings behind the scenes, Frank Allen, Sullivan's best friend, finds his loyalties being pulled in two opposite directions.

This action-packed sequel to SULLIVAN'S WAR sees Sullivan and Allen return to Edaline as well as the lawless desert planet Abilene before launching them on an adventure neither of them could have foreseen. Just as he thought his fighting days were over, Sullivan will find himself thrust into the middle of one of the greatest conflicts in history.

This summer, be sure to look for SULLIVAN'S WATCH, the conclusion to the trilogy.

Praise for the Sullivan series:

"With sharp prose, delicate and--at times--stabbing dialogue, and scene setting that is on par with the best of the fiction writers of the past, Rose delivers a one-two punch to the gut that makes this reader want more and more."
- Benjamin X. Wretlind, author of Sketches from the Spanish Mustang

"The Sullivan's War series is a must-read for science fiction fans. Mr. Rose delivers with a rock-solid plot, well-paced delivery, intriguing alien elements, believable worlds, and nonstop action."
- K. Wodke, co-author of Zeke

"With heart-stopping battles and a conclusion that took my breath away, Sullivan's War is a sci-fi thriller that definitely delivers!"
- Alexia Purdy, author of Reign of Blood

"Sullivan's War is so much more than typical science fiction...a very entertaining sociological and political thriller, set in the future, with top notch, well fleshed out characters, and great action scenes."
- Steve Umstead, author of the Evan Gabriel Sci-fi Adventure Trilogy

Haunting sequel to Sullivan’s War. It’s after the war of Edaline has ended and Rick Sullivan is trying to enjoy a quiet life on Silvanus with his love Kate and his best friend Frank Allen. But he’s still a fugitive, and a wanted man by more than one person, who are willing to do anything to take him under custody. Leaving for the lawless planet of Abilene, allies are questionable , and the space entities formerly encountered in the previous books, have their own plans for Rick.

This adventure continues the Sci-Fi action which makes this series. I enjoyed following Rick throughout the universe. He just can’t catch a break! The tribulations he’s put through make me want to find a nice hole for him to hide in. But, he’s not one to turn from a difficult situation. He takes on the opposition with the stern grace he’s known for. Even when the space entities mess with him to the point of dumping him and Frank in an alternative universe where earth is stuck in a treacherous alien war which only Rick and Frank can help put a stop to, he fights to the very end, even when his heart is breaking and things go haywire.

Awesome storytelling. I’ve enjoyed this series immensely and the action never lacks in any part of it. The flow of words is always entrancing and sucks you in to the very end. Highly recommend reading this series, very enjoyable.

The hero of Edaline, Richard Sullivan, returns in this book to chase down his friend. Frank Allen is not himself anymore after months of mental influence. Not to steam shovel the spoilers there is corruption in the new government of Edaline, itchy career minded SABI officers out to arrest Sullivan, a lovely rich heiress who wants the adventure to end with her and Sullivan living happily ever after, malevolent aliens...oh yes, and religious visions.

The pace of the novel is excellent as was the omnibus and the character development is still believable. A difference from the prequel is that the editing needs another pass. All blends together in my reading experience to give it four out of five stars.

Good Book

Editors fell a tad on this one. Two problems towards the end Exceptionally fast read of about 4-5 hours. Good story line.
