Brielle De Luca thought she was just an average girl, despite her nightly dreams of an impending apocalypse, along with a gorgeous man that pulls at her soul.

However, on the night of her 18th birthday, everything changes when she is thrown into the Elemental World, a world where she is supposedly the One that is spoken about in an ancient Prophecy; a Prophecy that states she is the key to preventing an apocalypse.

Now she must learn to control her power over the four elements, all while dealing with the love and intense passion of her bond to the man from her dreams, Jace Vasquez.

Piece of cake, right?

I was asked to read an ARC of Envisioned by Nikki Narvaez due to my love of paranormal books. I'm so thankful for being asked. I love being introduced into new worlds! This is the first book in her Elemental Prophecy Series.

Brielle De Luca has been plagued with nightmares of evil and demons every night for as long as she can remember. Awakened by tormenting thoughts of a man she does not know but cannot forget. She does somehow know that he is the man of her dreams - Literally! She has this need to find him and cannot understand why.

"Why did he stare at me like I was his salvation? Why did he elicit feelings of longing in me like no other?"

Jace Vazquez is a tough as nails guy. Also chased by the same nightmares of a girl with honey colored eyes that he is not able to save from a terrible situation. The only thing he knows is that he has to get to her no matter what!

"I needed to find her, to save her from the fate in the nightmare, but I had no idea where or who she was, not even her name"

Brielle is just like any other teenage girl excited that she is about to turn 18 and has no idea that her world is to be turned upside down. Best friend Kimber has huge birthday plans for her. Little does she know so does the universe. Not only does she run into Jace, the man from her nightmares, she learns that she is "The One" in a prophecy that foretells her as the one to stop the Apocalypse. She is very quickly thrown into a world she knows nothing about, with the expectation of saving it. On top of that, having to deal with an intense and very overwhelming connection to Jace.

The book starts off slowly, introducing you to the characters and World of the Elementals. You get to go along with Brielle on her journey as she is pulled out of her ordinary secluded life, into a life of chaos and of all that is expected of her. Watch her learn and take hold of her special powers that she acquired the night she turns 18 and prepare for the fight for her life, and the selfless decisions she must make to save the ones she loves.

You get to watch this all consuming love between Brielle and Jace take place. Its so pure and unconditional. The way Jace will go the ends of the earth and do anything to protect Brielle and those that she loves is very heart warming. The way they rely on each other reminds you of what love should be like. Doesnt hurt that the love scenes between these two are beautiful and smokin hot!!

"She was perfection" - Jace
"He was my light in all of this Darkness" - Brielle

This book has the perfect amount of paranormal to it, whether you enjoy that aspect of a romance novel or just trying it out for the first time. Its not at all overpowering. The storyline and characters are easy to follow, and get attached too. It has a little bit of everything: friendship, romance, action, sadness, anger, ect. This is your classic Good vs Evil. Nikki does a great job of bringing you into a world of magic, mythology, Elders and Gods. There are many twists and turns as Brielle navigates this new world she never knew about, and a slight cliffhanger that leaves you wanting more - Good thing there's a 2nd book coming.

Cant wait. Its gonna be a wild ride. I recommend this book to ladies looking for a great romance with a little action on the side (Pun Intended)

Brielle is a very blunt person, and I found that so entertaining, "I think someone slipped all of you some drugs because you're all trippin'! What the eff is going on?! How did I just do that?!" Jace that hunky boy is protective, "if you ever come near Brielle or her family again, I WILL KILL YOU! That goes for you two as well. Got it?!" I love having the book in both points of view of Jace and Brielle. He's so honest with her, "you could never disappoint me, not with the way I feel about you. Just kissing you is amazing. I can only imagine what sex with you will be like." There are some steamy moments in this bookie (winks) "I immediately got up and walked over to where she stood in the door-frame before crushing her lips with mine. I tangled my hands in her wet locks and I pushed her up against the wall." Oh my I likey! When it comes to Brielle's safety Jace is a tiger, "I will protect you. No one will touch you!" I liked this book so much, it was different and I loved how Jace cared for Brielle and I just loved how they were when they were together GREAT debut novel and I can't wait to read more from this author!

He stepped closer, only a couple of feet away from me. He smelled heavenly, like rain and citrus. “Every night. I've been trying to figure out a way to find you, to save you, and here you are, so close all this time, and I never knew,” he sadly said.
It was my turn to step closer. Tears pooled in my eyes as I said, “I didn't think you existed. I hoped that you did, but I thought I was crazy to believe that I could find you.”
I reached out my hand to touch his face. When I did, a jolt of electricity sparked between us, spreading what felt like burning honey throughout every inch of my body. What was happening to me? Whatever it was, I didn't want it to stop; it was one of those pains that felt amazingly good, almost addictive. Jace's eyes widened as an astonished smile spread across his face. “Unbelievable,” he said as he grabbed a handful of my curls at the back of my head, pulling my face to his to crush his lips to mine.
His kiss was desperate, just like his gaze in my nightmares, only multiplied. I opened his mouth with my tongue, tangling with his as our passion increased. I had never had a kiss come close to this one, and it had just started. He tasted exotic, a subtle sweetness present as he caressed my tongue with his. I clutched his shirt, twisting it in my hands as I tried to pull his body to become one with mine. Heat rushed in-between my thighs and pooled there, sending tendrils of burning warmth up my stomach. I never wanted this to end; the world could stop turning right now, and I would be oblivious, deliriously happy in Jace's lips.

This is my first Blog Tour. I would like to thank Ena and Fawn for allowing me to be a part of this and I would like to thank the author Nikki Narvaez for writting this book and giving me an ARC to read and review your book.

What I liked about this book.......Girl kicking butt. You got it. Brielle De Luca just turned 18 to find out that she is "The One". You know "The One" who will save the world and possess the ability of all the Elements aka Earth, Wind, Fire and Water. Yup that's her.

So let's back track a little. Brielle has been having these nightmares of her and some HOT guy. Not typical because bad things happen in these dreams. Fighting other people and the awful feeling that she can't save him. But why does she have these strong feelings for some one she has never seen before? Who is he?

Jace Vasquez aka UFC Champion and he possess the Fire Element. He sees Brielle for the first time and realizes that she is the one in his dreams. They both meet and realize that they can not stay away from each other.

Brielle is thrown into a world she knows nothing about. She must learn to control the elements. Good thing she has people around her to help. There is also this relationship that moves at lighting speed. She handles the situation with courage and strength.

I would recommend as a must read book. The love that Brielle and Jace have for each other is quite intense. Can't keep your hands off each other type. The book flows nicely it is easy to stay with the fast pace situations that Brielle faces. This is an action packed book and I look forward to reading more books in this series.

Earth, Air, Water, and Fire. Elementals. Yes, I do believe we have an alternative world, where magical forces have a major role. Sprinkle in the Greek Gods, like Zeus and Hades, steep it in Greek mythology and you have a very intriguing adventure.
I love chicks who kickass. Envisioned definitely gave me a heroine that did just that. In the beginning, it was a little slow. I was a little worried that Brielle was going to be the whiny, why me, and I can’t deal with this type. Surprise! She may not have known what was going on but she immediately started kicking ass and taking names.
“Yes, yes, you are the shit”
Brielle has lived on Catalina Island for all of her life. She is plagued with wanting to escape the island and find the man in her dreams. Well, she’s not entirely sure he actually exists. Finally, escaping on her 18th birthday, she is thrown smack into that man and a life she knew absolutely nothing about. Feeling slightly crazy she begins this adventure with her best friend and her Twin Flame...Her soul mate. WHAT!? Yes, her whole life has changed and now she has the weight of the world on her shoulders. She is the ONE prophesied about.
“The years of dreams, the love we’ve shared, and all we’ve experienced together in such a short time has interconnected us so deeply that there is no possible way to separate one for the other. Our souls would never survive it. “
Jason Vasquez is a professional fighter and a Fire Elemental, outcast from the normal community because his parents married a different element. He’s been plagued by a dream of not being able to protect, or save this mystery girl his whole life. He wonders if he’ll ever find her. When suddenly she’s before him and being taken away. He finds her defending herself and runs to defend her. Finding they have a connection, one of the most profound ones, Twin flames. He takes his new role seriously to protect her, train her and love her. But what Jace has to come to terms with is that, his Flame is the most powerful elemental out there. She is going to be the one doing the saving.
“I wanted to take her in my arms and shut out the world, protecting her from anything that meant her harm. Her vulnerability also stoked a fire inside of me, making me want to devour every inch of her, not stopping until we both were completely satisfied. “
Along the journey, new characters arrive and help to fill a team that’s to save the world. But there are people out there wanting to kill Brie. Pieces to the puzzle unknown. Council members with hidden agendas? Gods over stepping bounds to help, Gods stepping in to stir the pot. Towards the end of the book I wanted to hurt some people and I loved how there were some kick ass moments. There are some steamy and funny moments mixed in with the adventure. So overall I’d rate this book a 4. This world is just getting started and I feel it’s only going to get better with the next book. Now, that the basics have been established and relationships developed, the story will shine through. I love how now Jace has his moment to come through and save his mi amante. I will definitely continue to follow this series.
“I will do anything to protect you…… Until out last heartbeat”

Brielle has spent her life on an island away from the mainland. She lives with her dad and never knew her mom as she died giving birth to her. Every night she dreams of danger, the world ending and her dream guy. On the night of her 18th birthday she sneaks off the island with her best friend Kimber. That night soon reveals many things. She meets the man from her dream Jace, Finds out everyone has been keeping secrets from her and the fact that she may be The One a Prophecy tells that will save the world. If learning more about the Elemental world, struggling to learn her new powers and getting to know her dream guy aren't enough she has to face the danger of both good and bad wanting her destroyed.

From the first go I knew I would love Brielle. She shows her loyalty and how funny she can be right off the bat. You also see how she is plagued with nightmares ever night and struggles to understand why. Another great point in her favor is she is a book nerd. Have to love that in a character. As she grows in her powers you get to see how strong she is and you can tell she will only get stronger. She shows how fierce she can love in this book as well. She isn't about to let anyone hurt her loved ones. Jace has moved onto my book crush list. He is sexy, protective, can be sweet and is powerful in his own way. What I love most about him is even if it bothers him at times he still respects how powerful Brielle can be.

I have to say I read this in mainly one sitting. It would have been one sitting if the family hadn't begged for food lol. I love the way the author combines Elementals in with Greek mythology. That's right you even get some of that in this book. The female lead isn't one to wait till the boy saves her and that is amazing. There is a lot of steamy scenes that are very well written and they do have a good place in the book as it helps you see a bond. I know some may wonder about and instant love o whatever but with this story line it fits perfect once you read the book and believe me you should read it. There is plenty of action, love how Brielle uses her powers in these. I want to keep going on and on about this book but I can't because it would give spoilers. I will say the only bad thing about this book is the ending. I didn't want it to stop and seriously hope the next book comes soon. I want to continue this journey and this fascinating world. I just know things have just got started.

Envisioned by Nikki Narvaez was a terrific book. I love reading paranormal books as much as pure romance. It was a very exciting and fast paced story. The characters were pure and honest. The love story was epic to say the least. It invoked so many different emotions in me, and I just couldn't put it down. So the time was definitely well spent while reading this addicting book.

We meet Brielle on her eighteenth birthday. Brielle and Kimber her best friend venture to a night club. Brielle ends up locking eyes with Jace. She recognizes him from her dreams. She has dreamed of him for as long as she could remember. Jace has dreamed of her as well. She is then pulled away and attacked by someone with unusual powers. She ends up having her very own talents. She then is rescued by Jace and Kimber. Brielle finds out she is a very special elemental. She is descended from gods. Her parents were told a long time ago that she was the one who would fulfill the prophecy and save mankind. A lot for her to take in since she never felt any different then anyone else. To top it off Jace is her twin flame, her souls other half. They are immediately thrown together into a world of danger and mystery. She must harness her powers as an elemental, and survive the impending danger that her dreams have for told.

The one thing I loved in this book was the twin flame. Their relationship was super intense, passionate, and loving. When they first meet there is no denying that they do indeed belong together. I loved them with all my heart. They were stronger together then a part. Honestly I couldn't stop swooning over all their very special moments. Plus when we learn how the bond they have is forged you certainly will be intrigued. Their happiness may not last for long. They have acquired some dangerous enemies. It seems they would do anything to keep the other from harm. They are no longer safe and are heading into the battle of their lives. You may be surprised who you will meet in the story. I love being thrown into a book involving Greek mythology. This world is far from boring, there is danger and excitement at almost every turn.

This book will surely take you on a wild ride. A can't miss journey into a fast paced world full of some pretty fabulous surprises. This has to be one of my favorite paranormal reads of the year. It will definitely kick up your heart rate and keep you wanting more,

My synopsis: For years Brielle De Luca has been having nightmares involving an unknown man who she is never able to save and isn't even sure really exists. On the night of her 18th birthday she meets the man she's been dreaming of & also comes into power she never knew she had. She's thrown head first into the world of elementals and has to quickly learn how to control her powers and live up to all the hype of being 'The One' the prophecy talks about, who will help fight off the impending apocalypse. Having to deal with repeated attacks, training, and a completely new life doesn't get her down though. If anything it makes her stronger, and angrier. So bad guys beware!

There is so much to love about this novel! The Greek mythology is a perfect touch in the world of Elementals Ms. Narvaez has created. I personally am a huge fan of mythology and found it refreshing to actually see it worked into a story and fit so perfectly. Brielle is a total bad ass and is everything you want your heroine to be. Jace Vasquez, her twin flame, compliments her perfectly. Even though they got together pretty quickly after meeting and were exchanging "I love you's" after a couple of days it worked with the story line. I adored their relationship and its intensity, and believed every second of it. The story flowed perfectly from one scene to the next and the suspense build up was excellent! I was on the edge of my seat flipping through page after page.

When a novel can elicit such strong emotions from the reader, you know the author is pretty damn amazing. Through the entire last half of the book I was angry, frustrated, worried & just completely beside myself b/c I sympathized so deeply with our heroine Brielle. My stomach was literally in knots b/c I was so anxious to get to the end! And what an ending it was. I'm not a huge fan of cliffhangers, mostly b/c I'm super impatient , but also b/c you have to wait forever for the next installment. However, Ms. Narvaez left you with a "to be continued" kind of feel, which was absolutely perfect! All of the loose ends were tied up and it left off easily enough for the next book to pick right back up again. Of course I still can't wait to see what happens in book 2, but I'm content and won't be pulling my hair out in the meantime. I enjoyed the writing style immensely and would highly recommend Envisioned to anybody who loves an awesome action packed story with romance & drama, plus a touch of mythology.

I wanted to like this book and tried really hard to give it a chance but it just wasn't happening for me. What killed it for me was the whole insta-love angle. I'm open minded to it only if it goes with the plot. Werewolves, vampires, witches, fairies, anything paranormal or fantasy so that wasn't the problem here. It was just Jace and Brielle were too perfect, too fake, it didn't feel real to me.

The first thing that threw me off was her easily accepting the elemental gifts and how she had a five second freak out then she was all good about it as if it's completely normal. Jace did a complete turnaround in character from cocky playboy with two chicks on his arms to devoted cheesy soulmate. I also found it hard to believe how they could playfully joke about how many people they slept with. They laughed about it? I didn't know it's possible to joke and tease your soulmate about how many guys/girls they've been with. That was just weird to me.

Brielle, I couldn't relate to her, at all. She just seemed so...ditzy and practically babied her whole life with the exception of having sex that is. Her speech and behavior was more like a pre-teen than an eighteen year old. Daddy is her favorite word in the English language. It was hard to understand her as a character as she was just all over the place. She has a boyfriend in the beginning, who she doesn't really wanna be with but is with him anyway? They have sex even though she doesn't enjoy it. She was with him for two years, in all the time they've been together he never showed what a jerk he was until now, and isn't even hurt over the fact he cheated on her. What was the point of being in a relationship if your heart wasn't in it?

The thing about twin flames not being able to be separated let alone not in the same room was just too overdramatic for me. I think that was overdoing it. Jace wasn't a major issue for me it was mostly his too good to be true perfection flaw. To be fair, I give credit to the author for putting so much thought into the backstory. But the twin flame bond between Jace and Brielle was just too perfect for my liking. I probably would have liked this as a teenager but my expectations have changed and matured since then. I've read worse and I've read better, if you like a big book of fluff you'll like this. If your taste is bit more refined, skip this one.

The Prophecy:
A child will be born, who within, the blood of Air, Earth, Fire, and Water dwell,
The sky will fall to reclaim the Earth, and bring forth the depths of Hell,
Five will journey to the mountains cast from Medusa's gaze, to halt what Evil has been sent to raze.

Prophecy say what?!?

I love a good paranormal read and Nikki Narvarz does a great job on her debut 'Envisioned'.

Brielle De Luca is a high school senior who just wants to finish school and experience something different then the life she lives now. Little does she know that when she turns 18 her life would change forever when she learns that not only can she control one element but she can control them all.

For a while Brielle has had very vivid dreams of otherworldly "things" that keep her up at night, but what she can't shake from the dreams is the boy that reaches out to her for help but she can never save.

"Somehow, all of that wasn't as unsettling as when I saw him- those startling eyes, glowing like embers, burning into me with a look of desperation that I still could not comprehend. Why did he stare at me like I was his salvation? Why did he elicit feelings of longing in me like no other? Talons gripped at his shoulders, causing him to thrash and reach in my direction. They dragged him away into the blackness of the night, and his screams penetrated me to my soul."

Brielle has an intense connection to the guy from her dreams but she doesn't even know what her dreams mean.

Then there is Jace.
Jace, a Fire elemental, also has a recurring dream, where a girl reaches out to him but he can't save, that hunts him at night. Jace knows she has to be real and living out there somewhere.

I can't give too much away because it would take away from the story. But I'll just say that after Brielle and Jace meet sparks fly and the fate of their world ends up in their hands.

If you like being transported into another world where magic reigns and true love CAN conquer all then check out Envisioned.

I beta read this for Nikki and it was fantastic!!!

Brielle is an Elemental although up until now she has had no idea. She's lived her life like a normal teenager until one day wierd things started happening to her. Every night she started having a dream about a man that she had an indescribable draw too, like an invisible rope pulling them together.
One night going out with a friend she realizes that the man in her dreams, Jace, is very real and the rope pulling them together is also real. After that night Brielles life changes forever. She realizes shes part of this mysterious world that she never knew about and that some of the people closest to her are also part of it and never told her.
Jace was a fighter. He had everything he wanted; money, women, fame. What he didn't have was the woman in his dreams. Until that faithful night in that club when his dreams came true.
Jace and Brielle have a love like no other. They have passion and faith and complete devotion that makes your heart full. They go through so many battles and still the love they have never fades. Nikki wrote a beautiful story about Elementals and Twin Flames that will stay with me and will be a go to read. This book made me happy and sad and down right furious but couldn't help but love every minute.

Rating – 3.75
Cover – 3.75
Character Development - 4
Steam Factor – 4
Ending – Cliffhanger of course because it is part of a series!!

The day Brielle De Luca turns 18 she is thrust into a world she didn't know existed. With Magic, Prophecies, and Soul Mates to worry about Brielle is thrown into

Brielle is a tough as nails baddass, fresh out of highschool, that doesn't let anyone mess with the people she loves. She is thrown into impossible circumstances but takes it like a champ and does what she has to protect the people closest to her.

Jace is a Fire Element, UFC Champ and player until his eyes land on the girl he has been dreaming about for year. He is fiercely loyal and will do anything to keep Bri safe.

Together Bri, Jace and their friends will embark on a journey to save the world from hell on earth.

This book was a great start to very promising paranormal series. It was full of great writing that centers around interesting mythology. Bri & Jace had great chemistry and the secondary characters were funny and great compliments to the main characters. The only complaint I have was the words "I Love You" was a little over used. I will be keeping an eye out for the next book in the series.

This book was A-MA-ZING!

The first couple of chapters started off a little slow for me, but I think that's just because I don't usually read paranormal stories. Once I was familiar with the characters and their "situation" I was sold. Let me just tell you, I am obsessed with the way Jace loves Brielle. Their love for one another is completely consuming, and shines through every page of this book, and I have to say, I'm jealous. I have a boyfriend and all, but he's not walking around shooting fire at people to save me.

Envisioned is Jace and Brielle's story. This book kept me on edge, wondering what was going to come next. Surprisingly, I never could guess, which is refreshing after reading so many predictable books. While I'm sad because we don't get to see them fulfill the prophecy in the first book, Mrs. Narvaez already has a guaranteed sale for the next installment once book 2 comes out!

I definitely recommend this book to anyone who is in the mood to read about a story about love, friendship, and family; and just how far we will go to protect them.

So, I first read this book when Nikki asked me to look it over and make sure everything was ready to be published. She sent it to me and I had to open it on my laptop instead of my kindle... this meant that for an entire night, I was carrying my heavy ass laptop all over the house and to my parents'. It was totally worth it. I LOVED this story, and I'm not a huge paranormal follower. Who doesn't love the idea of soul mates who dream of eachother before they ever meet?
Jace is yummy, and he's completely devoted to Bri. There isn't any cheating, he doesn't treat her badly; their problems are based on outside forces. Can I just say how refreshing it is to read a story where the main characters are a solid unit from the beginning? It's Bri and Jace (and their sidekicks) against the world. I loved this first book and I can't wait to see how they emerge victorious.

I've reccommended this story to all of my friends.

This was my first book that I read from Nilkki and I loved it!! In this book there is a mix of romance and greek mythology both of which I love. Brielle De Luca is a young woman who just wants to get off the island she lives on. Brielle isnt allowed to leave the island by orders of her father she doesnt know that there are secrets being kept from her by the ones she loves most dearly. Kimber is Brielle's best friend and P.I.C. (Partner In Crime)they are always together and doing something. Kimber and Brielle were getting ready to graduate and the same day happened to be brielle's 18th birthday. Kimber planned and "Epic Night" and oh boy it was a night to remember. Brielle will ever forget this night it was soo life changing and universe altering literally lol. I totally recommend reading this book I loved it and I cant get enough.

intensely beautiful. Nikki creates a bond between the main characters that can be felt in the depths of the readers soul. this book had action almost from the very start up until the cliff hanger ending. I will definitely be keeping my eyes open for the next installment of this series.

I did not like this book, so much so that I stopped reading half way through. The characters were completely one-dimensional and unbelievable and I felt no connection with the story, or compulsion to find out what happened at the end.

Good read

This is not a genre I would typically read, so I didn't get as emotionally invested as I might otherwise. However, objectively speaking this was a good book. The main character is portrayed as a very typical 18yr old so her actions aren't too surprising. Definitely a bit frustrating, but c'est la vie. Good writing, smooth story flow after the speed race of the first couple of chapters.

Good read...

Bit of a cliffhanger...

The was a different read.
Strong character roles. I love books set in the mythology setting. I love the connection between Have and Brie. And the fact that their best friends are each others flames too.

I skipped some chapters that I felt were filler information.

4/5 hearts....

Paranormal oh yeah! I know you are all probably like WTF again Sandie?? LOL well I do like it A LOT.

First thing that caught my attention was the cover. Yes, I like covers and I know you should never judge a book by its cover yada yada, well I am not afraid to admit I do! I mean I will still read it anyways let me focus, I could write a whole post on this.
In this book we have Brielle who has these horrible nightmares, she is turning 18 and her best friend Kimber just wants to show her a good time. They live on Avalon Island or for us mainlanders that is Catalina Island.

Well her parents keep a HUGE secret from Brielle. Due to this secret she is not allowed off the island. Well you know teens they never listen. So in her nightmares she sees one guy that she wishes were real. The night of her 18th bday Kimber takes Brielle to Long Beach to a club were hot ass UFC fighter Jace Vasquez just so happens to be.

"I wanted to walk over there and pull them off of him by their hair, yet I stood there frozen. I felt just like in my dream, shocked and unsure of what to do. Do I go talk to him? What would I say? Hey, I've been dreaming of you for as long as I can remember. Yeah, right – he would think I was some lunatic."

Lo and behold Bri sees Jace and she is in shock he is the guy from her dreams. Well this is where it gets interesting. He sees her and she is his 'twin flame. WTF is that you ask....Well hmmmm if you have read the Significance series its almost like that. So Brie leans what she truly is. She is the one the prophecies spoke of, she was born to help mankind. Yup and she turns pretty badass. As the story evolves there is more surprises....parents having extra kids...attempted kidnappings you know all the good stuff that keeps you interested oh and some of this

pretty hot right? as we continue We see so much more and oh goodness I was enthralled! I thoroughly enjoyed this book and can not wait to see what the next book has to offer. Also OMG when I first started reading this I ran to my window, and was like is Nikki watching me?

The way Brielle speaks and acts is sooooo me!!! no joke check this out...

“I think someone slipped all of you some drugs because you're all trippin'! What the fuck is going on?! How did I just do that?!” I angrily questioned

"I blushed at the memory of Jace and I kissing, the  warmth and electricity running though my veins was so arousing … focus, Brielle, focus!"

Seeee I told you!!! I loved Kimber and Bries interactions I was laughing until I was crying in some points thinking of me and some of my true friends.

To me Envisioned was a break from pretty much most of my genres. I think we all know by now I am a rebel and rarely RARELY read the blurb or if I do it was months ago when I signed up for this tour and have forgotten all about it. So I come into a book with zero expectations and no idea what ive gotten myself into. Its not nearly as bad as it sounds really. Okay well usually there are some that make my eyes bleed. Fortunately Envisioned did not assault my eyes or ears ( I sometimes use text to speech ) Oh so I was saying. Envisioned started off with Brielle (loved her name) in high school and near her 18th birthday. SO I was like oh okay YA then I saw the 18 and I was okay NA. Then the story progress and I was like paranormal.. Wait. Theres sexy time. And it occurred to me ive been reading one or the other these days. So like I said a break from my typical reads.
So Brielle well shes 18 and very sheltered by her father. I mean she does stuff behind her daddys back but for the most part her dad has her pretty sheltered they live on a small island off the coast of CA. Were Brielle must stay shes not allowed on the main land. And thats all Brielle can think about is turning 18 graduating school and going to college on the mainland. They day of her graduation also happens to be her 18th birthday and her best friend Kimber is set to get her off the Island and when she does something strange happens. I may forgotten to mention Brielle has been plagued with nightmares for as long as she can remember about some super hot guy who is taken from her. Thats relevant right now because while out on the mainland with Kimber she sees him. Hes freaking real! And in the moment she is pulled from behind by some unknown guys talking about her father. And her element. Shes basically like wtf.
Jace, the guy of her dreams is a famous UFC fighter and Fire Elemental. Hes dreamt of her for years as well. And saves her from those previously mentioned douchery bags. I should also mention the story is told with alternating point of views between Jace and Brielle. This is definitely something I love and thought it to be a fresh idea at least when it came to sexy time. Ill be the first to admist until recently I hadnt read many sexy time books and I really havent read THAT many. But a males POV from sexy time is a welcomed change. While we are on the subject of sexy time Im a perv and found soemthing missing in those regards. Tyffani says I would be improper to point it out. But Nikki if you would like to know what I found “lacking” ill be happy to tell ya. ALSO something I really really really loved! Is I didnt have to read “ wow hes so big how is he going to fit” thats one of my biggest pet peeves.
After this incident Brielle’s world is changed. She basically finds out shes been living a lie and that Jace is her soulmate. Her twin soul. They cannot live without each other or they will die!! Yes sounds dramatic but its kinda not its just the truth. Also they are basically insta love but they get away with it considering the twin soul stuff. Jace helps Brielle learn her powers. And come to terms with her being THE ONE. Shes is going to save us all from Uranus. Yes I laughed EVERYTIME I read that because im immature sue me.
Envisioned, well I can tell you I loved it. I really need to get book two because of course it ends in a cliffhanger. Not a highly climatic cliffhanger where you want to shake Narvaez in order to find out what happens next. But one like OMG seriously! Thankfully Book is out and we dont have to wait months!!

I actually loved this book! I first heard about this book through another author when she posted in a group that this this author was looking for reviews for Envisioned! I was full with review requests, but I couldn't resist the cover and the sound of the synopsis so I said yes and I was given a copy for review! This book is probably the first Paranormal book that I have ever read that uses a lot of swearing and has loads of hot, sexy scenes! I swooned while reading the hot scenes! They were so sexy! It was a new experience reading a Paranormal book with sex scenes and swearing in it, but I loved it! The plot of Envisioned was brilliant! The Elemental World is something that I haven't read a lot of books on so I didn't really have an idea of what this book was going to have in it, but what it did have in it blew me away! Envisioned went at the perfect pace and it held my attention the whole way through! I did think that it got a bit weird at the last 20%, but I can understand why it went like that! It still made sense and I was able to follow it! Also, the plot was full of suspense and action and my anticipation to continue reading it was huge! It was written amazingly even though my pet hate, the "I am" instead of "I'm" was in it! This is probably the first book that I haven't had a huge rant about my pet hate being in it as the plot overtook it and I was able to ignore my pet hate! The characters were also amazing! Brielle was the main character and I liked her, but I didn't love her! I thought at times that she acted younger than what she was and that sort of distracted me! If I remember correctly I think she was the same age as me and I thought that would have made me connect with her more, but it actually didn't because she acted younger than what she was! As the book progressed though, Brielle changed from a girl to a woman and it was because of the plot that this happened! I enjoyed her more as the book progressed! Jace was the love interest of Brielle and he was so hot! I loved how protective he was of Brielle and the amount of love he had for her! I adored that this book was written from both Brielle and Jace's point of view as this meant that I got to see how far each other them were willing to go to protect each other and the amount of love that they both had for each other! There were also some other characters that played pretty big roles in this book and I'm really looking forward to seeing them in the next book and seeing what they bring to that! Nothing is going to stop me from reading the next book in this series! I will be eagerly anticipating its release and when it does release it will be going near the top of my TBR list! The cover is stunning! It misled me a little as it made me think that this book was Young Adult when in fact it is so much sexier than a Young Adult book! I am in love with it though! Big thank you to Nikki for a copy of Envisioned!

If you like mythology, bad ass characters and have the ability to sucked into a book, then this is the book for you! I loved reading this book , to me it was an original take on mythology and Nikki's main character Brielle was not the typical girly character...Oh no, girly daddy's girl, she's strong when she needs to be, you have to admit having all 4 elements at your command (even if your just now learning to use them) is pretty kick ass. when she meets the stranger who is always present in here dreams her life spirals out of control and she discovers what she is meant to be. Getting thrown into a world where, you have no idea what you're doing but when you need an element of help it's in full force.
Jace is surprised to see the girl of his dreams in a club, but is she really just a dream girl or something more? He is instantly drawn to her and one touch and he knows, she will always be his... literally. But when she becomes a target, and he is put to the test will loves flame prevail ? Keeping together and each other safe is not as easy as it sounds, but when all else fails they only have each other. The relationship between the two is amazing, Jace is a fighting machine, but when it comes to Brie he is so loving and gentle ... I want my own Jace, he gives swoon worth book boyfriends a run for their money.
The secondary characters are just as awesome Kimber is Brie's best friend, they share a great sense of humor. Kiera is the surprise sister from another Mr., no seriously. Zane is Jace's best friend and they are all business when it comes to the situation at hand but he loves the crap out of Kimber.
"What the fuck?! You can't call or text your best friend Anymore?"
"Nice to see you, too. I could ask you the same thing, you know? Too busy tangled up in Zane's sheets to call me or test me?" -kimber to brie and back again, lol.
The playful banter between Brie and Kimber, is funny and sarcastic, but that's why they are best friends

"Brielle, you are more amazing then anyone I've ever been with-part of me was missing until I met you, and it's because my soul was missing yours...." -Really Jace is all kinds of swoon worthy!
Nikki has given us a book full of plot twist and steamy goodness... and humor from Kimber and Brie's friendship, along with the bro. bond of Jace and Zane . Hopefully I have peaked your interest enough because I'm about to start this coffee up and get book two! ( I'm seriously want to spill out this book for everyone). Thanks' Nikki, I love, love loved, this book I'm thoroughly hooked on to this series. Happy reading everyone.

Meg's Review:
I went into this book after being invited to review the second. It looked right up my alley and I was pleasantly surprise dhow much I Loved it from the moment I opened my email. I will be honest I totally judged a book by its cover and this book very much so had a great cover! The book didn't let down at all. From the moment the Twin Flame part of the book was introduced I was gone with it. Such a great storyline and to jump in where we did it was exhilarating. I fell in love fast with them. Brielle is far from hopeless. She may not know what she is doing from the start but she learns fast and she saves herself more often than not. Then she takes on her shoulders to save everyone. She is smart and brave and gosh just amazing. Not at her lovely Lace isn't all these things. He loves her unconditionally from the start. Their love is a love worth reading. Its fast and sure right from the start. Even with life and others throwing all they can at the couple they rely on each other for survival. The twists and turns had me on the edge of my seat. & THE ENDING! EEk I can't wait!
Synopsis:
Brielle De Luca thought she was just an average girl, despite her nightly dreams of an impending apocalypse, along with a gorgeous man that pulls at her soul. However, on the night of her 18th birthday, everything changes when she is thrown into the Elemental World, a world where she is supposedly the One that is spoken about in an ancient Prophecy; a Prophecy that states she is the key to preventing an apocalypse. Now she must learn to control her power over the four elements, all while dealing with the love and intense passion of her bond to the man from her dreams, Jace Vasquez. Piece of cake, right?

Wow! What a great beginning to a new paranormal series.

Envisioned begins with what you would assume is just an average teenage girl living an average teenage girls life. But you would be assuming very wrong. Brielle also assumed she was just an average teenage girl, living her average teenage life. Then she turned 18 and her whole life changed.

Brielle turns 18 on the same day she graduates high school. Lucky her! Kimber, Brielle’s best friend, decides its time for her to get out of her comfort zone and takes her to a club for her birthday to celebrate. This is where Brielle’s whole life is changed forever. See at this club Brielle meets the love of her life, Jace. Brielle has been dreaming of Jace for as long as she can remember and no one ever has compared to him. (She has tried) What she didn’t know was that he wasn’t just a dream, he was real and he was also dreaming of her too throughout the years. But that’s not all she finds out. They are also Elementals. (They can manipulate the elements) Kimber and her dad are Elementals as well. And this is where the journey of this story begins.

Brielle’s whole world is turned upside down that night. Jace is her ‘twin flame’. That means that since they have now found each other, they can never be apart again….EVER. Not even for a few hours. (Which with there chemistry I don’t know if they would have anyway. They were on FIRE!! So HOTT together!!) She also finds out that she is The One and she can manipulate all of the elements not just one. The One is an Elemental created to save the world. So with this knowledge Brielle and her friends begin to prepare to save the world. Mix that with some Greek Mythology and 1,000 things that go wrong and you have the plot to this story.

I can’t even write anymore about the plot because it wouldn’t do it justice. This book is so well described that you get sucked into this world that Nikki Narvaez created. She did an amazing job. It was so unique and so well thought-out. I loved the concept of this story. And the characters were just as amazing. I loved them all and cannot wait for the next story in this series!

I cant say enough about this Paranormal Romance other then you need to read it!! I will be telling everyone I know to get a copy.

A definite 5 stars for me!!

Through the decades, humanity has largely forgotten the old gods, but the old gods have not forgotten the humans. The oldest god seeks to regain his position as Gaia’s consort: Uranus, the primal sky god, father of the Titans, Cyclopes, Furies, Gigantes, and so on. To fight Uranus, Zeus and the rest of the gods of Mount Olympus have prophesied the coming of an elemental human able to wield all four of the physical elements, as well as the Akasha, or fifth element.

Meet Brielle, known as the One, the elemental the gods have promised. With the help of her twin flame, Jace, a fire elemental, and three other elementals, Brielle faces the prophesized moment of truth with fear and confusion. Determined to protect the elementals she loves and humanity as a whole, Brielle does not back down from the challenge, and instead embarks on months of training, often interrupted by the clueless elemental Elders, who seek only to destroy the One.

The Good: Envisioned takes the reader on a very hot, very sexually graphic ride into the world of elementals. Shamelessly sexual, Envisioned often leaves the reader with cheeks aflame from embarrassment. Additionally, the story is fun, like an adult version of Avatar: The Last Airbender. The idea of having the powers of the elements, while not original, is enticing, and well developed in Envisioned. Jace and Brielle are incredible as a system fighting team.

The Bad: The beginning was slow and confusing. At first, I thought Brielle was a rude, idiot teenager, just seconds from getting knocked up by her abusive boyfriend. Then, after her interaction with her father, Brielle comes off as a naïve, sheltered little girl. The author finally settles on making Brielle a co-dependent young woman with budding elemental powers. As a heroine, Brielle just cannot stand on her own without the mental strength provided by her twin flame, Jace. The book could use another edit, as the tense is mixed up and some words misused.

Overall: While I did struggle to stay with the novel, it does get better. The sheer amount of sex and fight scenes alone makes up for the shallow characters. Book two promises to be a fire brand of a novel, and one I look forward to.

Brielle leads a sheltered life. And life on an island is not necessarily the life a teenager wants to lead. But due to her father's over protective tendencies Brielle never leaves the island. But every girl needs to celebrate her 18th birthday. And her best friend helps her do just that, but what they don't expect is for things to turn dangerous. And when men show up and try to take Brielle things get a little....strange. Brielle is suddenly thrown into a world full of elemental magic and she is now front and center.

Brielle is an elemental. But not just any elemental. It is believed that she is the One that can wield all 4 elements and potentially stop an apocalypse. Only she doesn't even know it. Well until all hell break's loose on her 18th birthday. And after she sifts through all the secrets and lies told to her all her life Brielle realizes she doesn't have much time to figure out how to control her powers before the world comes crashing down. But there is one bonus, a sexy as hell fire elemental named Jace.

A lot happens in Envisioned and I do mean a lot. As soon as Brielle discovers her entire life has been a lie it is just one thing after another. And it seems her life is unraveling faster than the secrets can be revealed. Now this is not necessarily a bad thing. It definitely keeps the story moving, but I felt it was a little too much, too fast. There were so many things happening that I sort felt like I was getting whiplash from it all.

Now I can say that I liked Brielle and Jace. Both are tenacious and completely likable characters, with kick butt powers. And I know that their connection has a purpose and all but it was a little hard to take at times. And yes I liked the two together, I just found their total acceptance and love of each other a little hard to stomach.

That being said, I did enjoy the overall story, once I was able to stop thinking about the details and let myself get lost. And I really did like the way Nikki Narvaez used elemental magic in the book and the ways that it is wielded. The characters are pretty likable and the world is one that would be fun to explore, but it just wasn't for me. But it might be just the thing for you.
