The HSE is really an awesome plan for doing your homework on figuring out what is important to you in a career. I would highly recommend the new workbook that has been published based on the book. This process really changed how I have started my research on finding my next career. I was very surprised how this process has led me to consider industries (and companies) that I would not have thought of otherwise. I would recommend this process because it makes you look at the big picture while searching for that career journey.
