Feel-Good Gardening is a compact book full of positive ideas and ways the reader might benefit from being out in nature while tending to or creating a garden.

From tips about power-boosting edibles, to plants that attract insects and others that repel unwanted creatures, this book is full of bright notions and concepts. Each page is colourful and I came away from reading this with a few new plans for this coming season, a list of plants to add to my garden and a yearning to get outside and get gardening.

What a cosy little read this one is 💕... Bringing all the things I love together reading, gardening and self help I thought this was a great book.

There's so many benefits to gardening the physical exercise you get, the mindfulness, the sense of purpose, learning new skills, feeling more accomplished, socialising with others and sharing plants, helping nature, creative expression and in the end having a beautiful space to relax and socialise in. These are just a few of the many benefits that gardening has to offer. This books features lots of tips and ideas on how to make Gardening a lifestyle choice in a way that nurtures your own physical and mental wellbeing. I loved it ... Nice and quick to read as well 💕
