Renton Highlands Easy Nonfiction E793.73

I pick the books from Easy Nonfiction by closing my eyes and grabbing one from each shelf. Sometimes this gives me unexpected gems, and other times leaves me a bit cold. This is actually a great book for a toddler! It's got lots of pictures and some ideas of how to search among them -- find two identical baskets, find the rabbit with the guitar, etc. But as an adult reading on my own, it was kind of dull.

Funny thing -- I kept trying to leave this review under the 2024 release, but I guess goodreads doesn't let you do that. But my cover is definitely the one shown there, not the one shown here. I finally figured out why my rating wasn't being accepted. Weird.

If you don’t know already, these are my favourite books and this was so great to add to Lil B’s Easter gifts this year. Super colourful and I loved that it also encourage counting.
