This guy is a genius. He figured out how to write books without actually writing a book! No wonder he has a whole series!
There’s 11 chapters from different property investors each answering a series of interview questions in their own words. This reads more like a series of blog posts rather than a complete book.
Some chapters are better than others. Most feel like filler when they answer the same questions of why they like property (hint: try saying financial freedom in 11 different ways), and realistically I only got 3 somewhat insightful points that I took down in my notes. The rest is very surface level and nothing special. I doubt these property experts would share all their inside knowledge for a book that isn’t even theirs, no they would probably make you pay for it since they all have their own buyers agency or equivalent business.
Anyways I could go on for a while, but I am genuinely impressed how you can make something out of nothing. I got this book for $10 at lifeline book fair, for the donation it’s worth it, but I wouldn’t spend more than that on this. Better to read some blogs instead.

Very easy read - finished it in a day. Lots of good insights but a lot of unrealistic assumptions too.
