Offers practical advice on developing a successful career in real estate, and covers time management, finding prospects, showing techniques, listings presentations, and closings
The was the first real estate brokerage specific book I read (for agents / realtors). Its tried and true. You can't go wrong with this advice. Its old school sales 101. Sure, there are quicker ways to do it, but at its core, every real estate sales program is just a more evolved version of this book.
This wasn't exactly what I was looking for, was looking for information more on the investing side. However, there are some good tips in here that can be applied to agents, investors or anyone in business.
This did not affect my rating. I took off a star because of the seminar pushing this book includes.
