Great surface advice. Would have liked more depth but overall good information on what causes kids to act out and some simple steps you can use to try to diffuse a situation.
This book will definitely be helpful for me in working with my older students. It helps me to set boundaries ahead of time on misbehaviors in the classroom. Not everything presented is realistic but definitely helpful.
