This is a very informative book on opening a coffee cafe business. The book is packed full of explanations, and the why's and the how's. It is an incredible source of information, and inspiration (It should be noted that I've personally opened a brew pub, Mexican Restaurant, and several upscale dinner houses - it seems like I was missing the boat - coffee is pretty simple and very profitable!)
