A solid, easy-to-read review of ERM. I will certainly keep it for future reference. Knocked one star off, because it could use some formatting edits for clarity. (Ex. When bolding the beginning of a new topic in a list, make sure every new topic is bolded, or it makes it seem as though it is a continuation of the previous topic).
