Note to educators writing books for educators: proofread and get yourself a sold editor. Really, this is good advice for all writers.
While there were some good ideas in here, the bad editing and easily caught typos, were quite distracting. I could forgive the “lose/loose” mistake (sort of but still judging) but the mistake of a theorist born in 1822 living until 1998 (I did the math; that’s 176 years) is so blatant. Shake my head.
