Although the booklet is targeted at translators, the advice applies equally well to small business and other professionals, such as writers. Adams uses clear, succinct language in her descriptions that are easily understood and her points make a lot of sense. The only regret I have is that she did not expand on her topics and provide more detailed examples and to-do things. Covering social media like Facebook and how to use it would have been useful.
