An intriguing little book that is chock full of tidbits about one of my favorite birds, the owl. Not only does it go into the prehistoric origins of the owl, but it also covers its influence on art, literature, and even history. Who knew that an owl saved the life of Genghis Khan? The artwork displayed in the book was lovely as well.
