I was a bit disappointed by this book, as its cover looked so promising, but when I read it, the majority of the book was taken up by variations on hat and scarf patterns. If that's all you're after, this is the book for you! If you want more, then look elsewhere. I got this when it was free on sale, and I'm glad I didn't pay for it, or I'd have been very disappointed indeed.

Needs more pictures

Overall a really good quick craft book... to the point. Needs more pics though. Easy easy for any aspiring DIYer or seamstress. Especially my favorite was the parts on pet accessories.

Has some very nice simple patterns, a few have diagrams. Great for beginners. Good directions. You can make scarves, pillows, blankets, mittens, throws, hats and more.

Hats interest me as they are very versatile.

Really easy to follow directions and has pictures as well. Great projects that would be great to do with young teens, handicapped individuals and elderly and also fun for everyone. Great charity projects.

All the ideas came with very detailed instructions, which I love. Not all the projects came with pictures. I think most people, myself included, would like to have pictures for a reference. The no pics is the reason for only three stars.
