Discusses the identification, cultivation, preservation, and culinary history of chile peppers and provides over two hundred recipes for soups, salads, breads, main dishes, and desserts
I really enjoyed this book. I liked the stories about the peppers early on. It was very useful to have a description and background on each of the peppers that she listed. And there are a few go-to recipes inside that I use over and over. Very happy with this book.
