Author starts each chapters with some financial cases. The journey from tenager until retirement, how one should plan their money. This book good for beginner like myself, mostly basic knowledge, if u re looking for deep and detail methodology on financial planning, better to get other books. Book comes with cd of application to manage expenses, which i’ve yet to try. But i think it uses excel.

This book is written in the chronological order of a typical life cycle of a Malaysian and set in Malaysian setting. However, the concepts are very brief and therefore are great for beginners.

Good for beginners & basic refreshers.
However, I think I got the awareness to start accounting for my daily expenditures after reading this book. So it really kicked in some sense into me!
