Offers a way to take the guesswork out of technology commercialization and improve the returns companies make on their research investments. Contains dozens of examples from leading companies. Inventions - Marketing.
This is the most boring book I have ever read. I can't even believe I read it. I would say it cures insomnia but I think it most likely cures your inability to punch yourself in the face, just to feel alive again. It does go step by step on how new technologies are commercialized, explaining the different stages and where they overlap, who the stakeholders are and what accomplishments need to be reached by each step, or when perhaps it is best to just abandon an invention. That decription itself is actually much too exciting to accurately describe the book.
